your arms wrapped around me and all
i could see were warmth and strawberries,
your lips collided with mine and all
i could taste were the sugar and heartbreak,
my fingers got caught in your hair and all
i could feel were tendrils of gold like rivers of ichor cutting through flesh and honeyed scents.

fair skin glowing in the moonlight,
eyes shining like the clearest of wishing fountains,
you look like a nymph of stars
that fell from her throne, up in the inky sky,
crashed in a mortal's embrace
while in a peaceful slumber
one so deep you seemed to be
bewitched with the most complex
of poisons and elixirs.

now i can only hope the gods of the night
will wake you up from your foolishness.

how could you think i'd wish you become a death eater?
