I sat there in shock. How am I supposed to do that?

I sighed and threw my phone on the couch next to me. Two days to convince Reagan's perfect family that their perfect princess isn't so perfect because THAT won't be absolutely impossible. What if I don't try? I thought to myself, What if I just go about my normal day and just ignore it? I mean what are they going to do to me?

With that wonderful thought, I went upstairs to take a shower before eating bubblegum ice cream for dinner.

That night I slept surprisingly calmly. When I woke up in the morning, my heart raced as the thought of the previous night came flooding through my mind. Pushing it aside, I got up and got ready.

Once I finished my makeup and straightened my hair, I rechecked my schedule for the day. I love busy days, I thought to myself as I put the tablet in my bag and grabbing my equipment.

As I backed out my driveway, I turned on the radio and almost jumped with joy when Commander in Chief by Demi Lovato came on. "Commander in chief, honestly," I sang as I stopped at a red light, "If I did the things you do, I couldn't sleep. Seriously, do you even know the truth?"

I stepped on the gas as soon as the light turned green. Once I got to my spot, I parked and looked around the local park that I was at. The first appointment of the day was a family coming for their summer pictures. It didn't take me long to find them especially with them all matching. The session took me about an hour at most before they left. With the ten minutes I had to spare, I uploaded their photos to their album before going through about three more sessions with similar time frames.

When my last one wrapped up I quickly packed up my camera and computer before heading down to the studio. This last session was for a local magazine that had started to gain popularity. They had weekly issues and featured everything from fashion to theatre to local government. They were called Diversão Weekly.

Once at the studio, I made my way through the three story building up to the third floor where the studio was. There I was able to meet the models, most of whom were women, and and the head designer, Charlie Scott. "Hey Charlie," I said with a smile.

A wide smile spread across her face as she speed walked over to me. "Hey girl," she said with a valley girl accent.

Charlie and I have known each other since high school. She stood up for me when it came to Reagan while I tutored her in math. "Charlie you can drop the accent," I said giving her a hug.

She gave me a hug back. "You know I can't," she said, "It's part of my brand."

I laughed and pulled away. "Well can you drop your brand tonight?"

"Let me check my schedule and I'll let you know," she said, "Anyway, today's shoot is about being both feminine and badass."

She lead me over to the models who were wearing dresses, skirt and frilly outfits. Most of them had heavy makeup on with the exception of some natural makeup looks. "Good afternoon everybody," Charlie started, "This is Mallory. She is our photographer today and happens to be one of my favorite people ever so behave for her mkay?"

A few nodded while others mumbled in agreement. Charlie clapped in excitement and we been the shoot. Hours seemed like minutes and before I knew it we were done. Charlie stood on one of the chairs in the center of the room. "Okay everybody that's a wrap!" She said, "Go get changed and we'll keep you all updated!"

Everyone left as I walked over to Charlie. She bounced off the chair and squealed. "Okay so I checked my schedule. I just have to finish a few things and then I'll be all yours!"

We finished some details on the pictures and headed our separate ways. Before driving off I check my phone to see if anyone had texted me during the shoot. I had a few texts from my parents and a notification from the app. Crap I completely forgot about the task, I thought to myself, Wait I wasn't going to do it. Why am I so worried? It's just an app that knows where I am, where I live, and overall can do anything it wants to me.

I swiped deleted the notification and drove off. The sooner I got home, the sooner I could shower and forget about the whole thing. Besides, I was about to spend the night with Charlie. Things were going to be okay.
