APHRODITE AND I STARED FOR MINUTES. Now, everything is clear to me. The way they use such advanced technologies. They are eyeing in each every one of us.
"I have something to ask," I muttered without removing my eyes in hers.
"Squeeze off." her smirk became wider after answering me.
"What will happen if we graduated?" she giggled that made my eyes became violent and furious. "Anong nakakatawa?"
"You. Trying to help the caged birds as well as the aquariumized violent sea creatures when your knowledge is lower than the capacity of a hen to fly." and I became livid with that. Di ako nagsalita at tiningnan lang siya.
"May nakapag sabi na ba sayo?" she paused a little, playing the tip of her hair that's in a high bun to annoy me. "You're too easy to read."
She crossed her arms and chuckled.
"Admit it or not, you're into saving them when you're helpless. I know what kind of person you are. Gonna commit everything for others, eh?" I neither speak nor move, having my silence agree to what she claimed.
"Well, sana pala, hindi ko na pinigilan yung planong sunugin yung Athens together with Athenians." tumayo siya't lumapit sa'kin. I'm so furious, especially when she caressed my cheeks. "My, my, I can sense your anger, Athena."
"You're awful, coming from the bottom of the pyramid. Aiming for top to save everybody. Pero eto ha, you can't help them and so as yourself. You'll be one of their puppets, eternally." then when she laughed so hard, I started to lose my temper.
Tumigil siya sa pagtawa nang itulak ko siya lapag kaya napaupo siya. Inapakan ko ang tuhod niya't diniin yung heels ko doon, which made her groaned. Hinawakan ko rin ang dalawang braso niya ng madiin.
"Get off me," she tried to removed ny hands and so as my feet. She's suffering, pero diniinan ko pa yun kaya di na siya gumalaw at tiningnan ako ng masama.
"I'll make sure that I'll slap you with wisdom and leave you here if we flee. So you can be their puppet as what you've said, eternally." tinanggal ko kamay ko sa braso niya matapos ko siyang bulungan sa tainga at tumayo. "You're more pathetic than I am, making them to take control over you."
"Halika na, Melantha." katok ko sa pinto ng shower room. Dali-daling lumabas si Melantha at umalis na kami sa cottage, leaving Aphrodite helping herself to breathe from what I did.
"Kaya mo nang umuwi?" tanong ko nang makarating kami sa edge ng Athens. She nodded and hugged me tight. I let go at pinanuod siyang umalis habang kumakaway.
Bumalik na ko sa party at sumama kay Hypnos na todo inom sa table malapit sa sea side.
"San ka galing, girl?" he asked while drinking.
"Uh, sa cr. Sumakit tiyan ko e." mukha namang na convince ko siya dahil binigyan niya ko ng wine glass.
We all are drinking and laughing at Hestia's tales nang biglang dumating si Demeter. She's really adorable, especially with her cute pastel blue cropped polo and a white flowy skirt. She has her hair in a half bun kaya pinanggigilan siya nila Hestia. She's far from being sister of that jerk, Ares.
"Jacuzzi tubs are settled! Inaayos na nila kuya yung bonfire with the help of some servitors." she gleefully informed us before dragging us to the yard of our accomodation building, where the tubs that can contain 3-5 person is ready and so as the bonfire in the middle.
Everyone removed their clothes revealing their swimwear, pero skirt lang tinanggal ko since one piece naman yung ginawa kong top.
But before we relax ourselves in the tub, Zeus and Art went in the middle near the bonfire that's surrounded by tubs and get all of our attention.
