💙

The candle's scent smelled like lavender
A soothing aroma wandered in my room
Then I saw my window embraced by the frost
It's winter on July

The carol was of greetings they sang
Lights reminding me of the peeking stars
There was a snowman outside strangely appeared
And there was a card from an anonymous someone

Says, 'Hey, it's your birthday'
Right then the snow came falling from the skies
'I wish you all the best, and may you be happy always'
But the penmanship was not of hers, it was a printed one

I unwrapped the gift lying on the table
Hardly I breath because it's too much to bear
Then their smiles reminded me of gratefulness
At least I have them still

'Happy Birthday to me'
My kind and humble King I thank you for all things
It was winter on my July
But the warmth from them all made me happy
