1 Week Later:

Eclipse Pack was being decorated for  Sierra's coronation party. Alpha Jace had suggested Alpha Cameron to respect Sierra's hard work by trusting her with the Eclipse Pack, without a mate.

Alpha Jace had been careful not to let Sierra's secret out for which Sierra was was thankful. Alpha Cameron had got the vibe that something was wrong but he didn't push it as he knew Sierra would tell him when she would feel like it.

The coronation party was to be held at eight in the evening and it was thre in the afternoon when Sierra went in her father's office to ask him if he needed help with the party arrangements as she had nothing to do at that time.

"There's one thing you can do, Sierra. Varez and I had an argument three days ago and now he is not talking to me and when I invited him to your party, he sent the invitation back. I was thinking if you go and personally invite him and give him my apologies, he would come. You are going to be the Luna. It would feel nice if every one from my family comes", Alpha Cameron requested.

"I'll go, dad. Give me the invitation", Sierra agreed.

Epsilons of the Blue Lightening Pack opened their gates when they saw Sierra approaching. When Sierra entered inside the pack territory,Varez's Beta, Carter was there to welcome her.

Carter guided her towards Varez's office.

Sierra knocked at the door and entered inside when she heard 'come in'. Varez's office was untidy as there were files everywhere along with six or seven cups of tea. Varez didn't looked up as Sierra entered.

"Varez", Sierra called him.

"Hmm", Strange, Sierra thought. Usually, Varez would have snapped at her for not calling him 'Alpha'. Varez looked up from his work after a few seconds when Sierra didn't proceed.

Sierra started by saying, "Alpha Varez, Alpha Cameron has sent you a invitation-"

"Take it back. I'm not interested", Varez interrupted.

"Father has sent his apologies to you", Sierra stated.

"Took him long enough", Varez replied.

"So, are you coming?", Sierra asked.

"So you can rub it on my face that you won? No thanks!", Varez spat.

"Hey, I know you had an aim of which I have no idea but because of me it has shattered, but we're still family, right?", Sierra tried to explain herself.

"Wrong. You're not family", it was all Varez could say.

"But dad is. He's your family. And he will be very happy to see you that is, if you bless his eyes with your presence", Sierra was definitely hurt by Varez's previous outcome. Saying this, Sierra went straight out of the pack house.

When she was halfway towards the territory gates, she realized that she has the invitation her hands and that she forgot to put it on the 'proud Alpha's' desk. Normally, she wouldn't have cared but entry was not allowed without the invitation and the last thing she wanted then for Varez to find an excuse to make a fuss about one of her another mistakes.

So, she turned back towards the pack house.
