(Hey again, thank you for 90 reads! It means a lot to me.
Percy-90 reads! When did that happen!?!!
Me- I know right. It happened so fast. Thank you guys! Without further waiting, let's begin!)
Alex POV.-
I watched as Lexxy came out of the big house, with a sad face. When she saw me, she forcefully smiled. I smiled back.
"You okay?" I asked her. "What did Chiron say?"
"He said that the matter will be discussed again in the campfire. He says that one of my parents could be a God. I knew none of them. I was adopted. It's not like I am surprised. But still..."
"It's gonna be okay," I tried to calm her down. "Hope you are not a Poseidon or Athena's kid." I whispered to myself.
"What?"
"No-nothing." I quickly said.
"Anyways," she continued. "He said that there is a possibility of a quest. He also said I could stay in the Hermes cabin. Can you take me there?"
I nodded and we started walking. We walked in silence. I took a deep breath. "You want me to show you around Camp today?" I asked. "It would help you relax."
She turned towards me and I studied her. She had beautiful long, black hair that glistened in the afternoon sun. She had a strand of hair falling over her eyes. I resisted the urge to pull it back.
Her light-brown eyes turned towards me. She smiled, "Sure, I would love to go with you."
I smiled at her. But in the inside, I was jumping around. I was so happy. I could jump off the cliff due to happiness. Nah... Never mind. Jumping of a cliff would kill me.
We reached the Hermes cabin and I walked in first. "Hey dummy. Long time no see!" A familiar voice spoke up.
"Nice to see you too Becky," I said dimly. "I bought a friend. He will be staying here for a while."
Asked if on cue, Lexxy walked in. Every boy in the room stopped what they were doing and saw her. Oh great! I hope she is not an Aphrodite kid.
Becky showed her a bed in the corner. Lexxy thanked her and turned towards me. "So..." She started. "Meet me here in an hour. I need to freshen up."
I nodded and left.
As soon as I got out, I panicked. Oh gods, had I just asked her out for a date.
I came out of my senses and ran to find someone who could help me.
"Mom, I need your help."

I headed towards the Hermes cabin and saw Lexxy waiting for me. "Hey," I waved at her. She waved back.
Her long hair was pulled back tightly in a ponytail. She wore a Camp- Half Blood T-shirt.
"Ah..." She reached out for my combed hair and shook it, making it messy. "Sorry. But you look better this way." She smiled at me. "Come on. Let's go. I don't wanna be late for dinner."
"Okay. Any idea where you wanna go."
"Yes!" She nodded gravely. "I wanna see the lava wall, the pegasus stables, the combat area, the forges and of course, the canoe lake. I would love to watch the sunset there."
"Okay," I moved. "Ladies first."
We visited the forges and the armory. I showed her the cabins. As she had requested, we visited the pegasus stables, along with the combat area and archery range. We walked through the strawberry fields for an hour. Before heading to the canoe lake to watch the sunset, I showed her the lava wall.
Most of the time, she was the one to talk. She would tell me about mom and dad's adventures. She told me a few facts that even I had not known!
Right now, we were watching the sunset. She was telling me about how dad had turned into a guinea pig.
"Hey," I said, as I got up. I put my hand out for her so that she could get up too. She took my hand and got up.
"Lexxy, I have to something that I wanted to say," I started carefully. "Lexxy, you have been the only person I have had as a friend other than Chuck. For the first time in all my life, I am enjoying camp." I took a deep breath and sighed. I looked at Lexxy straight in her hazel like eyes.
"Lexxy, I love you!"

(That's it, finally the part I had been waiting for. Many of you might be complaining why the romance in the story line is going so fast. First of all, I am sorry. There are two reasons why it was important.
1. It prepares the base for the story. You will understand why it was so important as you read the book.
2. I am no Rick Riordan or Marvel or famous author. I am just a eager and excited human eager to write and share this story with the world.
So yeah, that's about it. Please continue reading it. It just gets better. Bye)
