Trapped in Love (NaLu fanfic)

Chapter 3

(Lucy's POV)

We were walking on a path that lead us to a cave. When we got to the cave, there were two paths. It said 'two people per path'.
"Two people per path?" Erza said.
"I wonder why?" Gray said.
"Gray!!!!!!!" We all yelled at him.
"What?" Gray asked.
"Your clothes! Again!"
"Ahhhhhh!"
Erza then took Gray by the ear and dragged him into one path. Me and Natsu took the other path.
"This cave looks scary." I said.
"How can you be so sure Luce?" He said.
"I don't know. But it has some weird carvings on the wall. The carvings say, 'Love'?" I said.
"Love?" Natsu answered back.
I wonder why the walls say 'Love'. We heard footsteps coming from behind us.
"Who's there!" Natsu yelled.
Nobody was there. We then heard clanging.
"Show yourself!" Natsu yelled again.
No one answered. We continued down the path. Natsu was ready to fight anyone who was in our way.
"Natsu."
"What is it Luce?"
"I'm scared."
"Don't be. You've got me here to protect you!" Natsu smirked.
"Yeah." I replied.
We then heard running footsteps and they were getting closer. I saw a dark figure standing in front of me. I couldn't move because I was trembling in fear.
"Luce, let's go. Luce?" Natsu turned around to see me facing a dark figure.
"Lucy!!!! Run!!!!"
I couldn't move. Just then, Natsu picked me up and placed me on his back and ran with me on top of him. I actually felt comfortable while on Natsu's back.
