I AM ALIVE. Okay, time for another part to this! The reason why I was gone so long was not really because of the Pokémon DLC (though some of it was), as I also decided to play some more Animal Crossing and Planet Zoo. I didn't do much ARK, though I am thrilled to announce the the Crystal Isles is how an official ARK map! I learned this a while ago while I was updating it on Steam, but I forgot to mention it. It is out, though only for PC (which is dumb), but I digress. (Update; it's been out forever now, also on console!)

I also recently rediscovered my copies of Far Cry Primal an Halo Reach, so I made a new save on FCP and did some Firefights with my cousin. So, that's pretty much why I've been gone forever. BUT today that ends, and I add another chapter to this! Link is our victim this time, and it's literally taking me forever to figure out what to write for this..ugh.

P.S. I will be using the past Link, with the green tunics and funky hats, not the BOTW version. While I probably should, as BOTW is the only Zelda I've nearly 100%, I feel it's more nostalgic to use the old Link

(Much more future SuperHedgies here, that was all true, yes, but if ya want some more info as to why I've been gone, I went into a bit more detail in my newest chapter in'For how Long will a Red Rose Grow'. Thanks for being patient!!

P.S. Again: if you don't wanna read that other story, long story short I've had a lot on my plate. I've graduated on track back in May, and I almost immediately got a job. So most of my free time has been sucked away, though I promise to try and get back into the swing of writing on this app. I do write lots, at least 2,000 words a day, just on my Apple Notes. I can definitely start posting some stories from there to here as well, and I think I might soon. Either way, I'm gonna make an effort to stay back here, at least for more than a week before vanishing again. Thank you for understanding!

"Hiya! Hup! Huah!!"

Link grinned, using his Implant-thingy to project the DPS his newly sharpened Master Sword did.

128. Not bad, not bad.

He readjusted his hat, propping up his arm for Lucky to hop on. His Jerboa eagerly agreed, hoping from his place onto Link's arm, then crawling onto his shoulder. Once he was sure he was settled in, he sheathed his blade (carefully, mind you) and headed down to the first floor.

He was all alone despite seeing others when he woke. He didn't recognize any of them, though, so it wasn't too big a shock. A big blonde dude, some little girls, some strange anthropomorphic hedgehogs, but not Zelda.

He could only wonder where she'd ended up and if she was alright.

He liked to think that, for a soloist, he was making exponential progress. He had a fully functional base, lots of tames, electricity (he had to use the implant to learn what the 'generator' and 'fabricator' did), and even a few artifacts. They didn't do much, they were just for show.

Link grabbed himself some mutton from the fridge, eating it for breakfast all while feeding Lucky his berries. He was planning to stay at the base today to tend to some things he had been procrastinating on.

After breakfast he stepped outside, stretching, greeting Epona (who had luckily come with him, and was probably the reason he did so well so fast on his own) with a Rockarrot, brushing her fur and mane out. When she was taken care of, he refilled his troughs, tended to the greenhouse, made some extra kibble for his next taming spree, checked his perimeters, watched the giga walk closer, imprinted the bab—wait the giga?!

Sure enough, there was a big ol' giganotosaurus just happily trouncing around near his base, probably only a few paces off aggro. This one was different from the others; more rare, significantly bigger, and much more deadly. Not the best thing to have next to base.

Uh-oh. Uh-oh.

He didn't want to dare risk his, Lucky, and Epona's lives trying to lure it away on foot. No. He had Lucky hop off his shoulder and sit on Epona's, rushing to the half-build aviary he was working on. He didn't want to finish the project all at once, and he was glad he didn't. Easier access to the sky, and all.

Link vaulted onto Revali's back (he wasn't sure why he picked that name of all names for his Argie, especially since the other two were 'Birb' and 'Bird Up'), flying him up into the air. Luckily, the blasted dinosaur hadn't moved much in either direction. He made a calculated decision, attacking the beast with Revali and flying up just out of its reach. It worked to get its attention, and in turn lead it away.

He had to do this a lot, as it kept losing aggro, but eventually he was able to lease it off a cliff before turning and flying back home. One huge problem dealt with, and Link patted himself on the back.

Now that meant tomorrow he could go fart around and tame things!
