"Friend huh! Really shocking!" I commented as Samaira took me to the canteen and seated me on a corner table. She then took a seat opposite me and smiled, "So what d'you wanna have? Fries, burger, doughnuts, pastries, coffee. Oh oh, the frappuchino here is extremely good. You wanna order it?"
"Actually, I love Avengers!" I responded.
"What?" She asked confusedly.
"Well! Like you changed my topic, I changed yours." I remarked.
"Seriously! How dumb can you be?" She exclaimed
"As far as you can tolerate!" I answered whining. She hadn't answered my first question yet and was trying her best to ignore it. But I am no less.
"Answer. Ms. Williams." I ordered.
"Okay! Sir! Firstly, you filled some sense in my stupid brain by stopping me from killing Dexter. Next you saved my head from being broken and also you broke your own head in the process. So I have a lot to pay back. And I feel guilty too. Plus, I realized you're not that bad, and so I guess you deserve to be my friend. You have done a lot for me." She explained reluctantly.
"Oh! My stars! I'm blessed to be your friend. I'm sure I'd have done some great deeds in my previous birth that I'm getting to be your friend." I boasted facing the sky and joining my hands.
"May, God bless your soul." She joined.
We both gave a small giggle.
"Okay now, tell, what to order Mr. Crompton?" She asked smiling.
"Well, just some garlic fries and double chocolaty chip creme frappucino blended." I listed.
"Okay, I'll just have Cappuccino and maybe a crunchy chocolate doughnut, if they have it. I hope they do. I'll get the order in a moment." She spoke and went to the food counter.
I was left all alone there. The canteen was now quite full and every few seconds one or two students drove in chattering loudly.
I looked around for any familiar faces and my eyes widened when I saw a fair skinned girl with an oval face standing beside a table on my left and chatting to some boys there. Her lips were full, she had a long nose and her hairs were open, long, waist length and black. She was wearing a brown knee length pencil skirt and an orange shirt with a draped neckline and split sleeve.
A smile crossed my face.
"Chloe, Hey! Dumbass!" I yelled smilingly at her. She stopped chatting and turned back. Her expression was the same as mines."OMG! Ryanie! Finally! You're here!" She exclaimed and hugged me. She sat next to me and meddled with my hairs. She loved to do that. Well! She is my best friend Chloe Wington. We're best friends since childhood.
She had pursued me to join her college when I told about the mess that had been created in St. Mario.
"OMG! Dude! I missed you so so so much! How are you!" She asked.
"I'm totally fit and fine. What about you. Found any soulmate?" I teased.
"Yaah yaah! I have still not found the one! Anyways, Olivia, George and Jack will be here in a minute. They will be blessed on your sight. Finally our gang is complete." She sighed.
"Dude! I missed you guys so much. Maybe this is the first good thing happening to me in the entire day?" I spoke.
"What do you mean? Oh no! What happened now? Oh wait, you're hurt! But how?" She exclaimed.
Well she could read my lips. I don't know how.
I explained her the whole story and she heard it with utter patience.
