Third Person

"I better get going." Gulf says, looking at the time on his watch.

8:54pm

Mew immediately looks over, his smile fading quickly. "Oh ok. I'll escort you out."

"No need, I'll be fine." Gulf replies, walking over to the door.

Mew follows behind him, wanting to make sure Gulf is safe. No matter what Gulf says, Mew still wants to know for sure the boy is safe.

Before Gulf can put on his shoes, Chopper comes running to his feet.

"Chopper! Come over to me so Gulf can put on his shoes." Mew says, stopping a foot behind Gulf and gesturing for Chopper to run to him.

Ignoring Mew's command, Chopper continues to run around Gulf's feet.

"Chopper!" Mew calls, waving his hand.

Chopper pretends like he can't hear anything and focuses on distracting Gulf from putting on his shoes.

Gulf reaches down to grab Chopper, thinking the dog probably wants to say goodbye before he leaves.

Instead, Chopper quickly runs in between Gulf's legs and circles around the boy.

Mew sighs and walks over to pick up Gulf.

Mew's mother, who has been sitting on the couch and watching the little scene, stands up and walks over to them.

"Actually, I think Chopper is a bit dirty from going outside. I have something to do right now, so can you give him a bath?" Mew's mother asks, stopping Mew from picking up the dog.

"Isn't it a bit late for a bath?" Mew asks, confused.

"You usually take a shower whenever you're home and sometimes you're home late. Plus, I was thinking of bringing Chopper out tomorrow, but I'm worried I might not have time to wash him before we have to go. So, will you please wash him tonight?" His mother explains.

"But it'll take a while. Can you ask one of the housekeepers to do it?" Mew asks, looking around for one of the housekeepers.

"I think they're busy doing something, now." Mew's mother replies. Then she turns to Gulf and smiles. "How about having Gulf help you? It'll be quicker than only you doing it."

Mew and Gulf turns to look at each other.

"He was about to go..." Mew replies, looking nervously between Gulf and his mother.

Gulf looks down at Chopper, who is still running around his feet, and says, "It's alright. I can help you."

Surprised, Mew turns to Gulf. "You don't have to."

"No, it's fine. Seems like Chopper is clinging to me, at the moment, so I'll help." Gulf replies, reaching down to pick up the cute dog.

Mew smiles and says, "Alright, let's go and give him a bath quickly."

Gulf nods and follows Mew upstairs to the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Mew's mother watches the three of them walk upstairs with a smile.

Upstairs in the bathroom, Gulf watches as Mew prepares the tub and the needed washing supplies.

"You must be a professional." Gulf says, standing in the corner so he doesn't get in the way.

"Not really. I used to wash Chopper with my mother when we first got him. Then I got busy over time and so my mother had to start washing him by herself." Mew replies, setting a bottle of soap on the edge of the tub.

"Chopper must miss you when you leave the house."

"Well, my mother is usually with him so I guess he'd probably forget about me when I leave." Mew says, finishing up the bath routine.

He turns around and holds out his hands.

Gulf hands Chopper to Mew, who undresses the adorable dog and sets him in the tub.

Noticing the faucet still on, Gulf goes to turn it off.

Mew grabs the bottle of soap and squeezes a bit in his hand. He adds some water and rubs his hands, watching as the soap becomes foamy. Then, he spreads it around Chopper's body.

Gulf kneels down beside Mew so he can watch Chopper having a bath. His eyes widen as he sees bubbles in the water. Gulf reaches out his hand to play with the bubbles.

Mew notices and smiles. "You wanna try?"

"Try what?" Gulf asks, bringing his attention to Mew.

"Washing Chopper." Mew replies, moving over to give Gulf some room.

Gulf scoots over and starts to give Chopper a little massage.

"An expert at massages, I see." Mew compliments.

Releasing a small laugh, Gulf blushes and continues to massage Chopper. "My mother loved massages so she would teach my sister and I the best way to give massages."

"Thats adorable." Mew says with a smile.

"I guess." Gulf smiles and turns to Mew.

Suddenly, both of their smiles drop as they stare into each other's eyes.

Chopper looks up at the two of them, not able to take his eyes off of them.

Ten seconds later, Chopper barks to remind the two boys that he's still there.

Gulf blinks a few times and turns to look at Chopper. "Um, do you think he's clean enough?"

Mew looks over at Chopper and nods. "Just like a new dog."

As Mew scoots over to pick up Chopper from the tub, his dog immediately shakes his head, splashing the boys with water.

"Chopper!" Mew yells as he sets the dog down and looks at his wet shirt.

With confidence, Chopper walks out of the bathroom and downstairs.

Grabbing a towel, Mew hands it to Gulf before running after Chopper.

When your family ships you with someone.

In MewGulf's case, it's adorable.

Speaking of which, a close friend of my parents called two days ago.

And when their son (my crush in the past) showed up, my mother asked if he talked to me, yet.

How embarassing.

I guess parents are there to embarrass you.

Moving on, please remember to have a nice day!

Love you, all!

Bai!
