Nika sets the table with Bell's help as Loren arrives.

"Loren. Hun it is so good to see you thank you for doing this on such a short notice." Madam welcomes her.
"Please have a seat." She sits across from the three and Madam sits at the end.

"Loren this is my Eldest Gray, Ian and Timothy." She says.
"Hello." Loren smiles to them.

"Hi." Only Ian and Timothy speaks.
Gray's attention was in his book.
"Son don't read at the table." He looks up from his book.

"Why not?"
"You are bothering her." Madam tells him.
"Am not. Loren am I a bother to you?"

"No you aren't actually." She says.
"I thought so." Madam narrows her eyes at him and he huffs putting his book away.

"So Loren about the Truce. You will serve as the Future Queen to my boys. All you have to do is pass the Coronation and that is all."
"Okay." She nods.

Loren starts eating, "Can I have water?"
"Why yes. Nika?" Madam says.

"Yes miss?" She steps out of the kitchen.
"Bring Loren some water." Nika quickly does this and earns a thank you from Loren.

"What is the Coronation?"
"Well, a long time ago an elder of our kind made a treaty for the peace. In order for the king at the time to make peace with a human she has to be meant for him." Madam starts.

"The Coronation rules out any one who isn't. You would um," she clears her throat.
"Ingest out blood and if you can't keep it down your not the Queen." Ian finishes.

"Oh." Loren sets down her fork.
"Do you have your bags to stay here?" Madam asks her and she nods.

"Good. Janet show her to her room."
"Yes Madam." As soon as Loren is out of ear shot Gray speaks.
"She's not my type." He shrugs.

Madam sighs.
"Make her your type." Madam says.
"That is hardly possible." Gray says back.

Madam sighs feeling frustrated.
"Loren is the last girl I could find. The crowning is pushing close."

"We know but at the end of the day. If she's not the Queen, she's not the Queen." Gray says.
Madam shakes her head and gets up from the table.

Nika walks in and starts to clear the table.
"This won't blow over well." Timothy says as he leaves.
"Tell me something I don't know." Ian grunts before he leaves too.

Gray narrows his eyes at Nika as she wipes down the table. He despises the way his body reacts around her.

He gets up and turns her towards him. "Do you need me?" She asks him. Confusion evident in her voice.

"Not in the way you think. Yes." He says. Nika abruptly takes as step back as he etched forward.

Eventually her back hits the wall.
"Gray?"
"Yeah. I know. Spare me the lecture." He says against her skin.

She shivers as his hands slide down to her hips.
"That doesn't change the fact that you are the one driving me crazy." He huffs pulling away to lift her chin.

"Its getting quite hard for me to contain myself."
