An Act of Love

Her Guardian Angel

Part I

Jumping out from the cliff, seeing my wings spread, as I looked at her falling into the sea, as I try to glide, flying down to rescue her.

Wondering why she was falling, as I try to get to her before her body slams into the raging water, and I wrapped my arms around her, she hugs me.

I fly out into the skies as I carry her, I hear her sobbing as she clings into my chest, feeling the warmth of her tears. She looks at me, as I smile at her, saying, "you're safe now".

Then she falls asleep while we are still in the skies, as I carry her on my arms, it was almost dawn, and the sun and setting over the horizon, as I flew up to the skies.

As night falls, we arrived at this place, and she's still sleeping, as I put her down gently under a magical tree, watching her as I feel amused. She murmured then went back to sleep.

I looked up at the moon, as it begins to shine upon us, as the tree grows, and as my wings are all out. Sighing, I wonder how many times we came into this place, as I keep looking at the moon.

Moonlight dances as the tree keep glowing, as its light engulfs her, as she was still sleeping, as I sat beside her, guarding her, as my wings surround her, as I whispered, "I'm just here, always here to protect you."
