"And then they just took it!" Tweek ended his sentence with a strong exhale. He was currently running off of breakfast and no liquids. He wouldn't be considered the most aware human at the moment. Butters listened diligently, his body language explained his feelings about the conversation. He was intrigued. "Now, why would they take all of your coffee away? That's really mean of em Tweek, I'm sorry buddy." Butters questioned and comforted at once. The boy had his arms propped on the lunch table. Butters hadn't changed much over the years but he discovered at this school, anything went. He understood his place but didn't quite like it. Butters would be the perfect mannered boy at home for his parents,  but at school things changed. As long as he made good grades attitudes and manners didn't matter. The sleep deprived twitchy boy huffed out, "The teacher gave me detention for fighting Craig." His emerald green eyes lowered them self to the table not wanting to see Butters anymore. Butters furrowed his eyebrows. "Gee, my parents would only ground me." He mumbled examining the lunch table with traces of grease and food stains from other students. "How have you been holding up?" The kinder boy asked, both of them looked up from the tables at each other. Leo knew he couldn't help, but he sure wanted to. Tweek and Butters didn't talk too much, in fact they didn't know much about each other. But Tweek knew the only one who would listen and care would be the most polite teenager in class. The rest would've called him a pussy. "W-well." Tweek began, his eyes darted around the lunchroom. He saw the yellow lunch room walls.  They definitely appeared as if they were caving in on all of them. Tweek's mind rushed to gather his conclusion. "It's been hard, it's harder to c-control the e-episodes and twitches." He spoke over the louder kids in the crowded stuffy room. "But I know if I see Craig it'll be a lot worse. I can't fight him like this." Tweek added, his voice was practically shaking by now. His eyes glowed of desperation among the rest of the children's. Without his only drug what did he have besides the pills his parents gave him. They didn't help much though, he felt empty using them. He knew they weren't the correct ones for him but he wouldn't complain.  Some times feeling nothing was better than feeling happy. "Hey, you should talk to Kenny! He's a nice boy. He will help you." Butters ignorantly smiled, he really did believe that the kids in this school would help him. "I-I'm not going to b-bother him Butters, AH!" Tweek felt all his tics building up. He couldn't help but continue moving around in his small swivel seat that all the tables had. His mind raced aggressively, he couldn't even remember what he was thinking. The words came too fast but left too soon. His whole body felt in pain when he didn't move around or let his tics take over. It was a strange ache, a dull ache. The ache started deep in his bones. Butters was still consoling Tweek. His muffled voice was acknowledged but Tweek had no idea what he was saying. Every syllable sounded like static. Suddenly, before everything built up for real, hos body was jolted into the table. Tweek felt shock on the back of his head, thankfully he was jerked out of an episode. Tweeks vision was no longer blurry and he resumed looking at Butters who was silent. Tweek didn't want to do it, but from where Butters eyes were and the fact his lips were somehow paused in a parted position he guessed for the worst. Tweek slowly, cautiously turned around, before he could take a look he knew who it was. He easily could tell by the smell of fresh cigarettes and freshly washed clothes that somehow carried the older smoke scent no matter what. Tweeks eyes glanced at the  blue jacket then he pulled his body back around facing his "friend" who was still quietly staring at the monster.
