*Roman POV*
I hear a loud storm outside. It must be loud, considering this place is pretty sound-proof. I should call Patton and make sure he's ok.
"CUT! Everyone, take 10 while we set up the next shot," the director calls.
Perfect timing. I walk over to a corner and call.
"Hey Ro!" Patton answers.
"Hey Pat," I say, "I just want to make sure you got back safe. The storm sounds bad,"
"I'm fine. Logan's here, he's not going to make it home tonight. And by the looks of things, I don't think you will either," he says.
I pull up my weather app and check. It's a severe thunderstorm. Probably not safe to take a bus.
"I'll be fine. I don't want to leave you alone in this," I say.
I'd just feel better if I knew for certain Patton is safe.
"I'm with Virgil and Logan. We'll be fine. The only danger is them getting over-competitive in Uno," he says.
I chuckle a bit.
"Yeah, I guess. Just keep me updated," I say.
"Will do. Have fun!" Patton says.
"Bye, love ya," I say.
"Cya sweetie!" he says, hanging up.
"Who was that?"
I turn around. It's one of the set helpers. I don't know her exact job.
"My boyfriend," I say.
"Ah. Director's about to call us all back, so you should probably put your phone away," she says.
I nod.
"Thanks," I say.
I slip my phone back in my bag just as the director calls us back on set.
"Just a reminder, this is our last week of filming before going back. So let's make it count!" the director calls.
I look at the calendar. We're leaving on the 24th, it's the 16th. Wow, I can't believe how fast time has passed.
*Virgil POV*
It's almost 3 AM when the storm passes. I stayed awake for the entire thing because I just couldn't sleep. I only fell asleep once, for about 10 minutes. That was it.
"Hm? Virgil, are you up?" I hear Logan mumble.
We fell asleep together on the couch.
"Yeah," I whisper.
"Ok. How are you feeling?" he asks.
"Fine. The storm's passed," I say.
He nods in the dark.
"Good. Now you should get some sleep," he says, putting his arm around me.
I cuddle next to him and try to fall asleep. But I can't. I just can't.

Just when I start to drift off, the door opens. Roman must be back.
"Hello?" I whisper.
I hear him drop something.
"Virgil? Why the hell are you still up?" he asks, keeping his voice quiet.
"Storm," I say.
He snorts.
"Really? You're afraid of thunderstorms?" he asks.
