*Patton POV*
We're leaving in two days. I think.
"Hey Roman, what's the date?" I ask.
"At 5!" he calls.
"No, I mean like the day!" I say.
"It's Thursday!" he calls.
"It's the 22nd, Pat," Virgil says, "And Roman, you're an idiot!"
"Thanks, Virge," I say.
"No, I'm not!" Roman calls.
As amusing as their little bickering is, I'll be glad when we go back home and it stops. Or at least isn't as frequent. I don't think Virgil and Roman will ever stop bickering, but at least it's never really serious.
"I'm going to go get ready, keep Roman out of my room," I say to Virgil.
He nods but doesn't stop yelling with Roman.
*Virgil POV*
It's a little past 5. Roman and Patton are on their date. I should start packing up my stuff, but I'm not in the mood. Probably because I lost the argument. But that doesn't change the fact Roman is a little stupid.
A few hours pass and I look out the window. It's starting to drizzle. It's been kinda rainy here for the past few months.
Oh god, now I'm thinking about the passage of time. That's always fun. I've spent three full months here. How does time move that fast? And so slow when I'm in school or at social events?
It's around 9:30 when the two lovebirds come back.
"Sup guys," I say.
"Hi, Virge!" Patton says.
The two are all smiles, so their date probably went well.
"I'm going to change into my pj's, be right back," Roman says.
Patton nods. I look down at myself. I'm in a hoodie and sweatpants. That counts as pajamas, right?
"Me too. We can have one last movie night!" he says.
I shrug.
"Sure, why not?" I say.
We're just about to start when we hear a knock at the door. Roman goes to answer it.
"Hey! Lo!" he says.
I look up from my phone. It's Logan!
"Salutations. Sorry to show up unannounced-"
"Doesn't matter," Patton, Roman, and I all say at the same time.
That's not creepy at all.
".....Ok. Well, I want you guys to turn on the news," Logan says.
"Who watches the news?" I ask as Patton turns the TV on.
"You do," Logan says.
"I- fair enough," I say.
Patton gets the news on and it's showing a building. Not a clue which one.
"One Canada Square," Logan says, answering my thought.
"Mk. So what about it?" I ask.
"Watch," he says.
*May POV*
I'm running. On top of the building. Being chased by cops. Don't ask how I got on top, I don't know.
"You'll never take me alive!" I shout.
