Chapter 6 - Blood of Olympus

HELLO BOYS! I'M BACK!!!! (That was a reference. If anyone can guess it, I will be extremely happy and proud of all of you.) This chapter might have a few references to famous movies. The last chapter did with the final sentence: "Battle formations," from 300. If anyone can guess them then please comment on it, It will definitely make my day. This should be the final chapter of the HoO arc. And that should be it.

Previously on Trapped in Immortality:

"Thank you Lord Poseiden. Now Reyna, can we get the Roman troops into the camp? Its better protected against monsters." Reyna nods and goes outside to tell the troops. Suddenly the earth shakes.

"Earthquake!" Reyna yells.

"No Reyna," Annabeth replies. "Battle formations. Gaia has arrived." Everyone's eyes widen as the horn is blown.

Time Skip to the battle because I'm extremely lazy and not interested in typing out how they get together.

So it was happening. What the Seven had been trying to stop for months happened. Gaia woke up. And she was fucking pissed. The Greeks and Romans stood together side bye side, brother next to brother, sister next to sister. Directly across from them were all types of monsters. Giants, Dracaena, Cyclops, Hellohounds, etc. the army was full of them. In front of the demigods stood the six demigods. Percy Jackson was still nowhere to be found. Each demigod stoof next tot heir respective parent, with their respective weapon out. 

"Hello children!" Gaia yells sweetly towards the gods and demigods. "There's no need for this. It will only end in you bloodshed, and my victory. We both know this. Percy Jackson is dead. Nowhere to be found. The rest of the Seven are practically powerless compared to him. You really think that you children have a chance against me?"

Thunder boomed, lightning flashed, and the waves crashed onto the sound. The sky began to darken. The demigods looked in shock at Poseidon whose eyes were glaring at Gaia so hard that he would have taken her head off. "Keep my son's name out of your mouth you fucking shithead. He was a better person than you ever were. He was stronger than you. And that's why you fear him isn't it? Because deep down you know. You know that you won't be able to defeat him. You know that if he were here, you would lose." 

Gaia's teeth ground together, as she stared at Poseidon with nothing but hate, malice and a promise of pain in her eyes. She summouned two swords and charged him. Her army followed within a second. Poseiden responded to Gaia by charging himself. The demigod army followed. Gaia swung both her swords overhead. Poseidon used his trident to block her, and followed up with a kick. She was pushed backwards. At this point the demigods and monsters had engaged each other. Piper and Jason fought side by side, killing any monsters who dared to come near them. Piper would charmspeak them into doing things like killing themselves, or allies. Frank turned into a full on dragon and breathed fire onto the monsters. Below him was Hazel on Arion zooming though the monster ranks and killing them left right an center. Leo and Annabeth were back to back. Leo wielded two giants hammers that had been lighted on fire, while Annabeth used her drakon-bone sword she got from Tartarus. The gods were helping out. Ares was s a literally madman, Hades was summoning skeletons to fight, Zeus was using lightning and the winds to completely murder entire battalions of soldiers. Hephastus was lighting monsters on fire, and Poseidon was still doing the most. He was still going toe to toe with Gaia, and still keeping up with her. But the Olympian forces were slowly being pushed back to the Camp Half-Blood border. They all knew this. Yet they fought harder. They attacked faster. They attacked more heavily. and slowly they starting to aging round. Pushing the monsters back. Then everything went to shit. Gaia had enough of toying with Poseidon, and kicked him away from her. Then he stabbed his legs and arms preventing him from moving. The demigod forces knew that they were about to die. Nothing would save them at this point. But that's where they were wrong. Both sides had somehow migrated to the Long Island Sound. The demigods had their backs to water and their fronts to monsters that would love to eat them in an instant. Gaia, after fleeing from Poseidon had appeared at the back of her army. "ENOUGH!" she yells. Gaia has had enough and she encases each demigod and god into an earthern hand stopping them from moving. The monsters look at the demigods thinking when are they gonna be able to eat them. Gaia nods, and the monsters start to charge the frozen demigods. (A/N Play Jaws theme now) No one notices the shape under the water as it gets closer and closer to the beach. Then out of the water, springs the sea's favorite child Percy Jackson. He flies out of the water over the heads of the gods and demigods and lands on the ground punching it. The earthern bonds break as Percy uses his earthshaking powers to break the hands, and cause the Olympian forces to regroup. The monsters stop their charge looking apprehensively at the feared son of Poseidon. Gaia looks at him with fury in her eyes. She prepared for this, but she still didn't want it to happen. "Percy Jackson! So nice of you to finally join us. I have a little surprise for you. She's been waiting for months to see you Perseus."
