You looked away sadly, knowing he was talking to you. Apocalypse however was in front of you. So he would probably think he's talking to him.

He called you a monster.
"I want you by my side." Apocalypse said warily.
Apocalypse had collected you after you were on your own. Standing by the shore. Looking into the moonlight.
Thinking of Erik Lehnsherr.
The man you wanted to be in love with.
The man you wanted to get married with.
Have a family with.
It was thinking so far but you loved Erik. He can't have loved you.
"Join me, my child."
Erik kept looking at me. I finally looked back up. His eyes were sad. As if he missed me.
"Alright." Erik nods. "I'll join you."
Your throat dries up and you turn away from Erik. This was going to be very interesting.
