Chapter 1
She continued to run through the woods, faster than any human could, but still to slow, she needed to shift. Looking around first, she quickly crouched down and the sound of bones cracking filled the air. In seconds she was running again but this time, instead of the thump of her feet, all that could be heard was the air swooshing around as the snowy white wolf ran between the trees.
She didn't want this, a life on the run. she had been brought up to hate them with every inch of her being, yet now, as she crossed the line of her pack territory, she had become one. A rogue.

She stopped at the edge of the woods and shifted back. She quickly cast a little spell under her breath and her previously naked body was fully clothed, backpack at her side. For one of the first times in her life she silently thanked the Goddess for what she was, immediately regretting it when memories flashed before her eyes

*she was sat in a field with her mother, begging to be taught just a little bit of magic. She wouldn't take no for an answer and so eventually the tired looking woman with her gave in. They sat their for hours, and Hayley learnt so quickly that it slightly scared her mother. Tied up in those thoughts, the older woman didn't notice when her daughter froze on the spot. It was fast, so it didn't cause her any pain, but as hayley watched her mothers heart being torn out of her body, she felt every inch of her body grow weak until she collapsed onto the ground.
Her father walked up to her, and dropped the once beating heart in front of her. And as he did, his venom filled voice rang in her ears "you did this, runt" It echoed through her head as she cried over her dead mothers corpse*

Suddenly she was brought back into the present when she heard a rustle behind her.Quickly she blinked away the tears in her eyes. She considered her options, run and risk being caught by them- or give in and let them kill her. She could have easily taken on one omega, but from the smell of the wolf, this was a ranking male. She knew there was no real choice. She couldn't help but wonder who this mystery wolf was, surely her own pack hadn't followed her out of their territory.

Her questions were quickpy answered when a huge grey wolf leaped out of the bushes. Hayley stepped out of it's path but gasped at the colour of it. Grey wolves are fairly common, usually they have beta or gamma blood, but this wolf was different. There was black fur on his ears and paws while his chest was a lighter grey than elsewhere. She jumped slightly when a low growl came from the wolf, then quite suddenly the growl turned to a whine and he touched his muzzle to the floor. She knew what was happening, he was showing his submission- but to who? She took a step backwards but was met with a wall of muscles. She nearly shifted right there and then from the fright she got. As she regained her posture she looked up and met the eyes that belonged to the muscles, she snarled and hastily took a step back "Brother"

The silence was broken when someone leaped out of the bushes behind her, and ran to the grey wolf. She snapped her eyes in their direction and it was clear that they were alpha and beta. Her heart started racing and she felt her fight or flight instinct kicking in- but no, she didn't stand a chance against 2 alphas and a beta.

She woke up only a few seconds later and found that she had passed out. Sitting up, she felt all 3 men staring at her. The grey wolf had shifted back and was giving her a strange look which she couldn't quite decipher. She looked at the other alpha and her breathe got caught in her throat a little when she noticed the look on his face, it was a mix of adoration and something else that she couldn't quite place. She broke eye contact with him to look at her brother, whose expression was quite different to the others. Pure Hatred.
