"Sophie's father, married her mother when she manipulated her way into his life. He was captivated at first but he soon started to see her true colors, her irrationalities, by that time she was already pregnant, so he decided too late and chalked it all up to pregnancy hormones" I hadn't intended on going into too much details of the basics but the story swept me away, and from the way Dr. Claremont had leaned in and raised his eyebrow, it swept him away too.
"Anyway, after the twins were born, and Mrs. Coleman stayed the irrational delusional lady she was, Mr. Coleman knew he was played. Instead of leaving, which may have been better for everyone, he stayed, and became the abusive man he is to his wife. When Sophie turned 6 he could see that she resembled her mother so much, and even took after the innocent, pouty look her mother would make when she didn't get her way, and so he became abusive towards his daughter too. It was after that, that Sophie's health, mental and physical, started to deteriorate." Getting too deep, I thought to myself.
"Ok, I can see you're getting uncomfortable telling me about her past. Why don't we wrap up this session, with our weekly questions okay?" The doctor said, as our time almost came to an end. I only nodded, getting ready to give him the answers he needed.
"Why are you here?"
"Because my brother brought me here"
"How long have you been coming?"
" ummm, 2 years I think"
"And why is it that your brother brought you here?"
"Because I'm not okay, and haven't been all my life"
"Why do you think that?"
"I've been falling apart, and kept getting shattered until I finally broke when I killed my best friend"
"Ok one last question. Remind me who you are"
"My name is Sophie Coleman and I have Borderline Personality disorder"
