Coffee- Part two

So, today I decided to get some coffee. I know I hate it, but I realized something when I looked at queer_as_can_be 's comment- I could put sugar in my coffee!

So I went downstairs, and tried to make some coffee with my dad's coffee machine (which I had never used before). Apparently, the internet didn't realize that his coffee machine existed, so I went off of pretty generic instructions.

I did everything as he showed me, but forgot one thing, which left the coffee in the filter for a good ten minutes before he came out of his work meeting and corrected me.

The lid.

Always put the lid on the thing where the coffee goes

(at least for my dad's machine, because it activates the coffee to leave the filter)

Anyways, my dad helped me make it, and I had a nice cup of coffee.

So then I decided to put in a bit of sugar, but it still felt pretty bitter.

By time I was done though, I had about four tablespoons of sugar, and about a tablespoon of milk. So it was pretty good-ish.

Thing is though, I didn't even finish all 8 oz. I just got to like 4 oz. Barely. (and after drinking 3 oz, I had to add more milk!)

So in conclusion:

I'M NEVER DRINKING ACTUAL COFFEE AGAIN.
