The Babysitter || CHONI

Chapter 2

Toni's pov:

When I saw the request I was so excited! This would only be my second time babysitting and I don't know if the first time even counted considering it was for my cousins 9 year old who was already asleep when I got to her house so I just sat on the couch watching TV until she got back but that's not really important. After I opened the request I scrolled through the information.

Parents name: Cheryl Blossom Age 25

Kid(s) your babysitting: 8 year olds, Sam and Ruby

Time: 6:30

Date: today

After reading the info that was listed I noticed the time said 6:30 and it was now 6:00 so I only had a half hour to get ready. I jumped of my couch and ran down the hall to my bedroom. Yes I live alone and I am single which I guess is kinda sad considering I'm 26 years old, but we're not talking about that right now.

When I got to my room I went straight to my closet to pick out a nice outfit so I look somewhat presentable to the parent and not like I just woke up two hours ago. I decided to go with a simple white blouse with black non ripped jeans and topped of my simple outfit with some plain white air forces. After that I went to my bathroom to brush my hair and teeth. I decided to leave my hair down and put on some light, natural make-up. By the time I was done it was 6:23 and which was good because they only lived about ten minutes from here so I wouldn't be that late.

After a very boring car ride I was finally at their apartment. I walked up to the door and knocked three times and waited until she opened the door. When the door opened it revealed the most gorgeous red-head I have ever seen. She had the most beautiful honey brown eyes and she was a few inches taller then me. I was knocked out of my thoughts about this beautiful woman when she started talking to me.

"Hi, are you the babysitter?" She asked me in the smoothest voice.

"Uh, yeah I am. Cheryl Blossom right?"

"Yup, Toni Topaz?"

"Mhm, that's me" I said back, a bit nervous I would make a fool out of myself in front of her.

"Right this way" she held the door open for me. When I walked in I noticed how neat the apartment was. She closed the door behind me and walked away I'm assuming to the kids room because it looked like there were only two rooms in here. While I waited I looked around at the pictures of on the wall of Cheryl and the twins, some with a blonde woman and a black haired man.

"Ok, Toni this is Sam" she pointed to the little red haired boy.

"Hi nice to meet you" he said as he smiled at me and I smiled back.

"And this, is Ruby" she said pointing to the red haired girl.

I smiled at her but it she didn't seem to happy about me babysitting them.

"Ok kids I have to go, I love you and please be good for Toni" when she finished she asked if she could speak to me in private which I replied with a "sure".

"So Ruby isn't very happy about me bringing in a new Babysitter. Usually my cousin babysits but she was busy and I didn't know what else to do so just please be patient with her. She's a very shy kid and doesn't like new people so it might take some time" she finished explaining to me.

"Of course, I totally understand and I will be very patient with her you don't have to worry about a thing" I smiled.

"Ok think you so much. Oh and the need to be in bed by 9:00 no later" she explained.

"Got it" I replied back.

"Ok bye guys mommy loves you" they ran up to her and hugged her and said

"By mommy, love you" after she left I sighed deeply then turned to the kids and said

"So what should we do first?"
