Toni's pov:

The next day I was woken up by Ruby and Sam shaking me and yelling.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked worryingly as I sat up and rubbed my eyes.

"Nothing's wrong mom just made breakfast" Sam shrugged before leaving the room.

I groaned and layed back down.

"Good morning momma" Ruby whisperd before kissing my cheek.

"Good morning baby" I smiled.

She skipped out of the room as I got a text.

Cherbear😩💛: TT can you come to the kitchen please?

Me: yeah I'll be right there.

I sighed as I got out of bed and headed towards the kitchen where I seen the kids eating on the couch and watching cartoons. Cheryl was sitting at the counter, just staring at the floor. I sat next to her which caused her to look up at me.

"Hi TT" she smiled at me.

"Hi. Good morning"

"Good morning. Um, c-can we talk? On the balcony?"

"Sure"

We went out to the balcony after telling the kids where we were going. I went up to the rail, looking at the beautiful veiw.

"Toni?"

"Yeah what's up cher?"

"A-Are you mad at me?"

"What, why would I be mad? You didn't do anything wrong"

"Because I stayed out longer than I said I would. I'm really sorry" she sighed and looked down.

I walked up to her and cupped her face with my hands.

"Hey. I'm not mad baby"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure" I paused for a second, thinking. "Why don't we go out to dinner tonight. All of us"

"Like.. as a family?" She asked me with hope in her eyes.

I chuckled before saying "yes cher. As a family"

"I'd love that"

"Awesome"

I kissed her perfect lips before we went back inside and joined the kids on the couch.

_________

"Is everyone ready?"

"Yes!" The kids yelled.

"Alright. Cher, are you ready to go?"

"Almost" she said as she applied her lip stick.

"Okay let's go" she said excitedly.

I smiled at her and interlocked our fingers together. As we walked out of the building, I saw Heather leaning against her car in the parking lot.

"Cher!" She yelled at us.

"Oh hey Heather. What are you doing here?" Cheryl asked her.

"Uh, I'm picking you up? I thought we had plans to go out again, remember?"

I looked over at cher who looked just as confused as me, until I seen the realization hit her.

"Shoot I completely forgot. Heather I-I can't. My family and I ar-"

"Go" I cut her off.

She turned to me worried and confused.

"It's okay we'll be fine. This might be the last time you get to see her before we go back home" I said.

"No TT it's okay, really it-"

"Cher.. just go. Stay safe okay baby"

"Okay. Thank you so much, I love you" she said, pecking my lips before she walked away with Heather after saying bye to the kids.

"Love you too" I whisperd to myself.

____

"I wish Mommy was here" Ruby pouted as she picked at her food.

"Me too" Sam said, pouting as well.

"Hey come on, this is fun right? Just the three of us, eating burgers together" I said.

"Yeah I guess" Sam said.

"Do you guys wanna get ice cream after?" I asked, trying to cheer them up.

"Yeah!"

"Okay" I laughed.

I really do wish Cheryl was here with us, but I'm glad she's catching up with her friend.

Cheryl's pov:

"Another round" Heather told the bartender.

"Hey I think we've had enough" I said.

I was already feeling tipsy and i really hate getting drunk.

"Oh come on cher lighten up, live a little" she laughed.

"I-I think I should get going, it's getting late" I said, really just wanting to see Toni and the kids.

"Cheryl I know what your hiding" she smirked.

"W-What? Heather what are you talking about?"

"I..." She scooted closer to me. Close enough to where our faces were only inches apart. "...know you still love me"

"Heather your crazy" I said.

I started to get up to leave until I felt a hand grab my arm and pull me back. Then I felt lips smash against mine. It was ruff and forced, I absolutely hated it.

"Heather what the hell!" I pulled away from her and ran out the club.

I can't believe she just did that. What do I do? Do I tell Toni? I really fucked up..
