Snape's Soft Spot.

Chapter 7

(Samie's Pov)

I woke up having no dreams or nightmares. I was so thankful. I feel great like something has unlocked in me.

I went to shower and dressed up. Since I am not good with doing my hair I just grabbed my hairband so I can get my hair out of my face. One of the things that I am grateful for is not inheriting my dad's greasy hair. Although my hair is straight it is silky and soft.

I went down to the common room to se D waiting for me.

"What took you so long? I am starving here." Draco said.

"It takes time to look this good D. I bet you took quite a long time gelling your hair back." I teased.

"Whatever let's just eat."

We went to the great hall to eat. I saw my dad and I smiled at him and he nodded.

Then I saw the golden trio. I want to catch up on what been happening to them.

I stood up but D. grabbed my arm.

"Where are you going?" D asked.

"I'm just going to talk to my new friends the one I told you about. You know the compartment."

"Oh okay see later in class we have Transfiguration first."

I nodded and we both went our separate ways.

The trio started to walk out and I catch up with them.

"Hey guys sorry I didn't get the chance to talk to you last night. My dad wanted to talk to me."

"Oh its okay Samie." Harry said.

"So what is your first class?" Hermoine asked.

"Transfiguration"

"Oh we have the same schedule." Ron said blushing.

"Oh good I need to get away from these boys I need to talk to someone intellectual." Hermione joked.

Both boys gasped.

Me and Hermoine just giggled.

We went to Transfiguration and it went by pretty quickly. I had so much fun because Transfiguration is one of my strong suits but ofcourse nothing can beat Potions it is my favorite class. This is because my dad taught me all about it when I was 5.

Next we have DADA. I am not looking forward to this class. But unfortunately Hermoine does.

"Samie aren't you just excited. We will learn from Gilderoy Lockhart himself." Hermione said cheerfully.

"Sorry to burst your bubble mione but I really don't like him he is too arrogant."

The boys snickered.

"See Hermoine even Samie sees that Lockhart is a fraud." Said Ron

"He is not he is just misunderstood. Have you read his books he is very brave in taking down dangerous creatures."

Harry sighed and Ron rolled his eyes. I just chuckled.

We went inside the room and I sat beside D.

"Why are you hanging out with Potter and his goons?"

"I just told you earlier at the great hall." I mentally face palmed.

"You didn't tell me its Potter's gang! You shouldn't be hanging out with them. Did you know how much trouble they committed last year."

"D you do not have the right to tell me who to be friends with. I am my own person!"

I stood up and sat beside Hermoine.
