Chapter 6 A City Tour

(3rd Person POV)

The two walked out of the office and settled on the idea of going to where (Y/N) will be staying at for her time here... however long that is.

They arrived in a limo that Rani had insisted on taking.

They step out of the vehicle and take a minute to look at the hou- mansion.

((Y/N)  POV)

I gulp as I'm face to face with this 'large house' and in turn Harvest laughs at my reaction.

I sigh and feel around in my pockets for the keys Rani had given me and Harvest.

Also didn't mention that Harvest will be staying with me for my duration as a representative.

I walk up and over the bridge that had been in front of us and to the door. It feels wrong to go first but I shrug it off and open the door to the brown, wood covered flooring and white walls.

Harvest walks off into the house to explore as I do the same. Standard large kitchen with a island and a amazing view of the city in that kitchen that also provides a dinning room. 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with a closet, desk and bathroom in each one with a few other things. Zen garden in the back and farther back a forest of sorts and a pond with a few fish and animals. 'Be sure to feed these guys while you stay here!'-Flou, the sign was set up next to teh pond, "Flou?" I mumbled.

I walked back into the house and explored a bit more before meeting back up with Harvest and agreeing to head to the complex city.

(3rd Person POV)

The pair walked past the short and tall buildings. Sometimes going into a few that usually Harvest had chosen.

((Y/N) POV)

We turn the crowded street corner and enter an ice cream shop called 'Ice Ice creamy'. Harvest going in first like usual.

I follow but finally look around as we are in line. I haven't noticed it all that much but I now realize that most of the mon - people here were staring at me or would stare at me when I wasn't looking. Mostly children.

I don't blame them thinking they haven't seen humans before or at least not a lot of humans but they've been looking at me more than Harvest, 'Strange.' I thought.

We arrive to the front counter and meet a girl wearing a pastel pink apron and blonde hair tied up in a bun, yet what really seemed to stand out was a large eyeball in the center of her face.

I try my best to not stare at her as she has a calm look on her face ... surprisingly.

"I'll take one scoop of cotton candy in a cone please." Harvest smiles then nods to me.

"I'd like a scoop of lemon sorbet in a cup, please and thank you." I silently gulp as I watch her place our orders down.

"Okay that is going to be $7.14." Her voice sounds monotone and void of emotion.

Harvest nods and takes out a ten, 'I just noticed I don't have any money on me.' I watch as he pays for the ice cream and gets his change back as I grab the two ice creams.

He thanks her and we walk out as I hand him his ice cream and we walk to the next store/location.

"I've noticed I don't have any money on me." I look over at Harvest as he hums, "What should I do about that? Do I get a job or something?" I raise a brow and wait for Harvest's answer.

He finishes the ice cream in his mouth and answers my questions, "First you don't need to do anything since we are going to go to the bank by the end of today or at least sometime today. Second no and third when we arrive at the bank you will be given an I.D, money, credit cards and any other things in a legal standpoint. So financial things will not be a problem." He takes another lick of his ice cream.

I hum in reply as we wait at a stop light as once again I am getting stared at.

I finish my ice cream and toss the cup in a trash can which misses and makes Harvest laugh at my failure.

I sigh and walk over to the cup and lean down to grab it but instead grab another person's hand.

I hear a gasp and see the persons hand swiftly pull away as I grab the cup and look up at who the voice cane from.

It's a girl with a large fluffy tail and no legs, fluffy arms or ... paws, tan skin, white hair and a black underbelly and tall. Very. Tall. (COUGH COUGH you're 5'1)

I looked up at the girl slightly confused but she looked at me ... afraid? I raise a brow and she flinched which makes me flinch as we have a staring contest.

"Hey hurry up (Y/N)!" Harvest calls out to me.
I nod even though he can't see it probably and place my cup in the trash can.

I bow at the stranger mindlessly as she once again ... flinched. "Uh, sorry bye now I guess uh-.." I just nervously smile and jog off to Harvest as we cross the road.

"What were you doing?"

"Just having a staring contest at a stranger."

Harvest laughs lightly and continues forward as I follow him.

We arrive at the bank and walk in.

The bank was crowded but we got into one of the many lines and waited.

We talked a bit, mostly Harvest starting the conversations, 'Why did I do that? Why do I feel like I must do these things?? What are these things?? Ugh whatever I'll just think about it later or I'll end up with a headache.'

We sign a few papers and get wayyyy too much money than needed and a few cards. The rest will be sent in the mail to my .... house.

'Why am I being so weird today?'
