The Confessions

"Hey guys we're back" Olivia said her voice shaky.

"So I guess we should just continue on with the lake trip. Which is also the time we both admitted our feelings." Darren started.

Flashback

"Who wants to go to the beach" Joe said walking into the living room of their cabin.

The guys wanted to go real camping with tents and all, but the girls complained and said they wouldn't go unless they got a cabin.

"Me" Lauren, Joey, Darren and Olivia said at the same time.

"Ok let's meet down here in 15 and we will go together." Walker explained.

Olivia walked up into her and Jamie's room. She got out a blue halter top and white cheeky bottoms. Olivia was a very self conscious about her body so she made sure to work out extra hard the week before camping. She put on the baiting suit and put a floral romper on top and made her way downstairs.

Darren got ready in his and Joe's room. He put on his mint colored PacSun swimming shorts. Darren's style has always been the short shorts. He had always been quite confident in his body. Not that he had six pack abs but he also wasn't big. He always liked his leg muscles also.

For some reason Darren found himself doing a quick workout before going down stairs. He didn't know why. Was it because he wanted to impress Olivia. No... it couldn't be. He just put it down to his own needs to make it less complicated.

"Dude why are you working out before we go. Who are you trying to impress." Joe said as he walked into their room.

"No one. Just feeling like getting a work out in"
Darren lied.

"Okay well hurry up we're waiting." Walker said as he left.

Darren finished up quickly and walked down stairs to see everyone ready in their outfits. He noticed Olivia was the only one covered up with clothes. He frowned at the thought of her being self conscious.

"Okay well let's get going." Brolden said as he took a hold of his girlfriends hand.

Everyone made their way down to the beach and found a stop to set down all their stuff. They sat on their towels for a while eating a lunch before they went swimming.

"Who wants to come into the lake with me" Darren asked hoping Olivia would agree. Everyone stayed quiet.

"Common. Liv. Pretty please." Darren gave her his puppy dog eyes.

"Darreennn you know I can't say no to those eyes." Olivia whined.

Darren shrugged.

"Okay fine but you have to help me take off this stupid romper I can't reach the zipper." Olivia stated.

The rest of the group shared smirking glances. Darren didn't think twice about what Olivia said. They were always very close and touchy. It wasn't unusual for them to cuddle up on the coach and watch a movie so he didn't think this was weird.

Darren walked over to Olivia and pulled her hair to her side. He started to unzip her romper and pull the straps off of her arms. His finger grazed her back which sent shivers through Olivia's spine.

Darren stepped away and admired her body. Darren didn't think it was possible for him to be more attracted to her. Her body was perfect. She had the perfect little ass and her body was curved in all the right places.

"My eyes are up here Darren" Olivia blushed.

"Race you to the lake" Darren said and took off running the the direction of the water.

Olivia ran into the lake right behind Darren. Darren picked her up and threw her under the water with him. When they came up from the water Olivia pushed Darren and yelled at him jokingly.

"Darrrrennnn I could have died" Olivia whined.

"I wouldn't have let that happen" Darren said with a wink. "Hey let's go deeper" Darren suggested.

"But I can't touch the bottom" Olivia said quietly

"Here hold on to my neck." Darren suggested

Olivia put her arms around his neck while Darren wrapped his arms around her waist. Olivia's body was pressed up against Darren's. Darren felt his shorts getting tighter and prayed Olivia didn't feel it.

Olivia felt Darren's small erection against her body. Normally she would be grossed out if it was any other guy but for some reason she didn't mind. She found it flattering. That meant he was attracted to her.

Olivia let out a little chuckle to let Darren know she felt it.

"I-I uh ahh I'm sorry" Darren stuttered looking down.

"Hey don't be sorry." Olivia said pulling Darren's face up by his chin so they could make eye contact. "Really I don't mind" Olivia said with a smile.

"Liv I- I have to tell you something." Darren started. "A-a-and it might change everything but I can't keep it from you anymore."

Olivia knew what was happening. She knew he was confessing his crush on her. She didn't quite know what to say when he told her. Of course she liked him too but she didn't want to ruin their friendship. She didn't want it to be awkward.

"Liv ever since I met you I thought you were the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Then I got to know you and I discovered your beautiful soul. So I guess what I'm trying to say is... Olivia I like you. Like I really like you" Darren said nervously.

Olivia didn't say anything. Instead she pressed her lips against his. She wrapped her legs around his waist as she pulled away and pressed her forehead against his.

Flashback Over

"And after that I asked her to be my girlfriend." Darren smiled at the memory.

"And I obviously said yes." Olivia finished for him.

"So the answer to the biggest question we get which is how long we dated before we announced it was 3 years since how we got together in 2008" Darren explained.

"Did you ever think of telling me before" Olivia asked.

"Yes. Every fucking day" Darren explained. "I just wanted to call you mine" Darren choked out with tears escaping.

"Dare don't cry" Olivia tried to comfort Darren by putting her arms around him. Darren shook her off.

"Don't. This is hard enough as it is." Darren snapped.

Olivia was confused by what he meant. He was the one that hurt her. Why was he so hurt.
