We leave today. In two hours time we should be on a plane to California and I really didn't feel like leaving anymore.

Forward. Backwards. Forward. Backwards.

I concentrated on the movement of the swing. There are so many other things to concentrate on. But its just something with me... Whenever I have a lot to do, I end up doing none and instead concentrating on the most irrelevant of things. Like a swing....

"No baby, don't run! You know I can't keep up!" My mom wiped tiny tears that had come from all the laughing.

"Run! Run! Run!" I said in a sing-song voice. "No matter how hard you try you can't catch me!" I shrieked.

I knew she will never catch up. She can barely tie her shoe laces this days, her baby bump is like a mountain.

Daddy has to tie her shoe laces, zip up her dresses, and even comb her hair! I think she is more of a baby now than I am.

"Barbie darling, please stop. Baby." She called out trying to pick up her pace.

"If you can't catch me, then you are the baby." I laughed back.

Then a scream pierced through the air, stopping me right in tracks. My feet grew cold. I turned around to a lot of fussing... Where is my Mom?!

"Mummy!" I ran back, surprised at how quickly my laughter could turn to tears.

People were everywhere. Why won't they let me through to see my mom?

I squeezed through; they had to let me see my mom!

"Mom!" I cried pushing peoples' legs with my tiny palms.

"Hey darling. Come, come with me. Your mom will be fine dear." My nanny tried to pull me away.

"Let me go!" I shrieked.

I ran past her, pushing with all my might through the crowd.

There my mom was, on the floor. She was crying but that wasn't what made me scream, she was bleeding!

Bleeding!

Blood!

"Barbie!"

"Barbara! Snap out of it already!"

God! Not again!

"Luis?"

"Yes Barbs." Taking the empty sing next to mine, he pushed himself to match my pace. "What the actual hell Barbie? What's going on?"

I looked deep into his emerald green eyes. Probably the finest shade green can be seen in. He really is handsome.
I mean, he is the prince charming.

But not like Williams. Williams is,... he is, ...
Gosh!

Why am I even thinking about that?!

"Barbie! You really need to stop zoning out on me."

"Sorry Lu, I just..." I tell him, I tell not.... I tell him?

"Barbara, you do know you can tell me anything right?" As if reading my mind...

I swallowed. I could tell Luis anything, but...

"Do you see that oak tree? The big one right there?" He nodded.
"I was six, running round the tree. My pregnant mother hot on my tails, not literally." I laughed a little.
"I loved when she chased 'cause I knew I will always win. Her baby bump was like a mountain." This time I laughed properly and he joined in.
