In the morning I had no choice. I had to wear an over sized tee. So the fabric wouldn't rub across my back.
The drive to school was silent as usual. I couldn't get out of the car fast enough.
I walked into the building with my head down. I walked into class.
"Alex! Hey baby girl" a lot of girls gave me dirty looks. Great. I smiled a little and waved. I sat beside them.
"Hey what happened to you last week?" Lizzy asked.
"I fell and hurt myself."
"I believe that, your so fucking clumsy." Lizzy chuckled.
"Thanks dick." I laughed. She laughed and hit me on the back. I winced and flinched away.
"What's wrong?" Seth asks.
"She fell you dumbass, you hurt her." I looked at Lizzy's boyfriend and smiled sadly.
I think I heard what sounded like a growl. I looked at Seth. He looked pissed.
Thank God class started. That was so fucking close. Nice job Alex. They would hate me if they knew.
They would think I'm weak, that I deserved it. That hurt, I really have gotten close to them. Especially Seth.
I've become good at pretending. I smile on the outside but I'm screaming on the inside.
