It worked. She was alive and mentioning her wolf. But what if she doesn't want this? She was watching me intently.
"Seth I don't understand. Why am I here? What's with the voice in my head?" She just kept asking questions. Here goes nothing.
"Baby slow down, I...found you at your house....you were practically dead." She looked scared.
"Where's my father?" She asked. Shit in all the chaos I forgot to find her dad.
"Baby I'm sorry I will find him." She started shaking and crying.
"No! Please I don't want to see him. Keep him away from me." She was screaming by this point.
I slowly pulled her to me so I didn't scare her. "Baby, what happen to you?" She sniffled and held onto me tightly.
"He....beat me... he's been beating me since I can remember..." she had trouble speaking. I couldn't let her finish. I kissed her lips softly. She seemed to calm down a little. She stopped shaking.
"I'm going to kill that mother fucker." Ryder said.
"We will but right now she needs us." I said to him. I looked at her. I saw the far away look in her eyes. She was talking to her wolf.
"I wonder what her name is?" Ryder thought.
"Baby? You said your wolf..." how do I tell her. She might reject us.
"Hmmm? " she asked. "Oh her name is Shadow, which is weird since she's white." I laughed at that.
"Shadow?" Ryder sighed. She sounded beautiful.
"Why does the voice in my head keep saying I'm a werewolf?" She looked so confused.
"Don't let her leave." Ryder begged. I have to make her stay.
