Jimin swiftly gazed to the side, caught by a sudden sound—no, a voice. It sounded feminine and he was sure it belonged to a she. It was past afternoon and he decided to wander around. Near the lake. Familiarize the environment. He can't stay inside; all he does is think. Thinking of alternate ways to survive during his banishment... thinking of other places where he would go after his stay.
And he's exhausted and he can't think straight. He needed to see the sun, at least. But he had to have a plan.
Only when he does realize, he left the house unguarded.
Jimin silently skidded on the side, behind the bushes. He peeped through the cracks, eyeing through the cabin to see whom the voice belongs. He was unsure of what to do next. He knew revealing his identity would pose a great threat and he had to be certain. But no one knows he exist in this small town, except for Jinyoung. A part of his mind tells him not to worry.
In which he failed to do.
The person's voice echoed once again, this time, with a stutter in the end.
Jimin walked towards the entrance of the wooden house, strayed out from hiding, and is completely standing—revealing himself in front of her, with a good distance between them. Once she looked over her shoulder, a soft sound of surprise escaped her lips. She looked taken aback... startled, because of his sudden appearance or the unfamiliar show of face.
Jeongyeon's eyes quivered. She wasn't expecting to be caught off-guard. Her heart is racing wildly, almost, she could hear it.
She eyed him. It was a stranger.
