The sounds that echoed in the hallways were far too deafening but Namjoon stayed at the dining hall, pretending it didn't bother him that which-to-be their feast had ended in a disaster. He could hear the chaos above, running footsteps from the palace guards drew pass the halls to stop Taehyung... to stop anything from getting worse.

But it was late. Too late.

The door had been burst open and the portal, for years of seclusion, had been used again by a prince who had disobeyed the gravest law in the kingdom. A sin that shouldn't be meddled with.

"I should have followed him!" Yoongi growled as he reached him, breathing heavily. "But you said no and I have no choice but to obey you."

Namjoon stood from his seat, the knit on his eyebrows tells that he was in deep thought. Conflicted as he is, he has to think wisely. He can't let this kingdom fall into ruin because of being an incompetent ruler.

"If I let you, the more they will hunt you down. The greater scent of magic in Earth, the more dangerous it is."

"It will not make a difference," Seokjin followed as they failed to capture their own brother. Or stop him. "Either way, they will attack any kingdom they could use of whether they smell our scent or not. They will and will rise. That is what is written in the prophecy."

Yoongi readied his sword and his sheath, gazing back and forth to the other princes whom are alarmed of the chaos Taehyung had brought.

"The longer we stay, the greater damage it costs."

Yoongi turned around like he had made his decision. Sometimes his repulsiveness makes him decide things he hadn't thought of. Whatever that came to his mind needs action. Yoongi always wanted a victorious result.

"I'll do my part." He said boldly. "We'll travel to Gaiallus and end the war—"

"I'm not going to waste innocent lives! And you won't do anything unless I said so!" Namjoon roared, outraged by the idea of the elder prince. "Do you think that kingdom will survive? They do not possess magic. They do not have the strength. They will be ambushed. They—"

He suddenly fell on his knees as his vision spiraled. The princes surrounded him, fighting off the urge to run towards the king and offer help but Jungkook already made his way to him, worry in his eyes. Similar feeling of nausea struck his body and Namjoon, had nothing to do but to close his eyes and endure the discomfort.

        It was again, another vision.

Son Chaeyoung, who was escorted by the palace guards, watched the king struggle. His forehead creased and his breathing was ragged than before. This was the first time she saw him having a vision and the result scared her—it will be madness.
