"You said you brought snacks."

"I did, what's your point?"

"Soobin, seven loaves of bread and twelve boxes of almond milk is not considered snacks!"

"They are, stop being so discriminative! You'll hurt her feelings!"

What happened? Such a useless arguement happened.

Apparently, Soobin brought seven loaves of bread and a whole dozen of medium sized almond milk. Luckily Yeonjun had a cooler in his car otherwise those cartons of milk would become cartons of poorly made yogurt in a few days.

"Who even needs a dozen cartons of nutty milk anyway?" Yeonjun scoffed.

"Uh, I do?" Soobin said it as if he was extremely offended.

Yeonjun huffed. He decided to not continue the endless argument since it doesn't really matter anyway. Soobin is the one eating and drinking, not him.

"Okay, I didn't just bring milk and bread," Yeonjun heard Soobin rummage through his things. After several minutes, a packet of red berries appeared in his field of view.

"Strawberries?" Yeonjun recognizes the sweet-soury fruit. He could catch Soobin nodding in his peripherals.

Soobin opened the packet. "This is the last one in store before Taehyun restocks."

Yeonjun nodded, stopping his car when a red light appeared. They were a little more in the center of the town. The district was a tad bit more populated than Soobin's hometown.

"Why berries though?" Yeonjun asked again. Like, he could've gotten chips or cheetos or any similar snack.

"Okay first of all, strawberries aren't berries. They are classified as aggregate fruits along with raspberries and blackberries! This means that one strawberry is basically drupes jammed into one fruit. Those classified as berries are surprisingly bananas!"

Yeonjun cooed internally at Soobin's cute rambling. He saw the light turn green and drove again.

"Second of all, Taehyun told me to bring this because he needed to restock with the more fresh strawberries. Last for your information, fruits are healthy."

"Okay okay, that's enough science for now," Yeonjun chuckled.

"That's not science, it's common knowledge!" Soobin pouted. Yeonjun turned his head towards the boranette, resisting the urge to just pinch those fluffy cheeks.

"Well then, if you say so. Why don't you feed me some of your aggregate fruits?"

Soobin gave him a look of wonder. "As you can see, I'm kinda busy right now," Yeonjun smirked.

"Oh," was the only thing Soobin said before taking one juicy strawberry and holding it in front of Yeonjun's lips.

The azurette swiftly took a bite, leaving the leafy stem in Soobin's grasp. Soobin blushed as he felt Yeonjun's lips slightly graze his fingertips. Instinctively, he retracted his hand.

Yeonjun smirked silently while chewing the savory fruit. Trust me, he is well aware on what he's doing right now.

Teasing Soobin may or may not be his new hobby now.

Soobin cleared his throat awkwardly. "Uh, s-since we're probably gonna be together for uhh a few weeks, how does getting to know each other sound?"

"That's a weird way to word it, but sure," Yeonjun smiled, his eyes fixated on the road. "What do you want to know?"

"Well I thought the regular conversation would be so boring, so how about we play a game of '20 Questions'?"

Aw how cute.

Did you guys know that strawberries weren't berries? I did know for a couple of years but never really got the chance to look up what it actually is called.

Turns out it's called aggregate fruits alongside raspberries and blackberries. How such interesting knowledge :)
