Both of them were now clean and ready for bed. However, instead of just getting into bed like a normal civilized citizen would do, they just had to quarrel about something.

"This is turning into a cliché romcom fanfiction troop," Soobin muttered to himself.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing."

Yeonjun didn't buy that, but he shrugged nevertheless. The azurette approached the white sheeted bed, climbing into the duvet. "Aren't you joining?" He looked at Soobin.

The younger frowned. "Why is bed so small?" He protested.

Yeonjun rolled his eyes then groaned. "Do you really have to complain about that?"

"You said it was a twin bed."

"Yes and this is a twin bed."

Soobin scanned the bed skeptically. "Then why does it look so small?"

"Well, maybe they didn't expect two grown ass man who are over 6 foot tall to crash in their homestay?" Yeonjun sassed. He was sleepy and his eyes are starting to burn.

Soobin here had the audacity to bicker with him even after they agreed on sharing the bed. Yeonjun could get really nasty when he's sleep deprived and he doesn't want to snap at the younger because of that.

So he just drew a long breath, controlling his anger.

"I'll just sleep on the sofaㅡ"

"Your entire torso couldn't fit in that sofa, Soobin."

Soobin pouted. "Yes it can!" He argued.

Yeonjun was losing patience. It seemed as if Soobin didn't get the hint and continued to aggravate the elder. "Okay, let's prove it then," Yeonjun got up, pulling Soobin towards the living room.

"Lay down," he ordered, pointing at the small sofa. Soobin just stared at the small space. Sure, he knew he couldn't fit in that cramped seat, but he denied it.

Soobin slowly lied down, curling himself to get smaller. Unfortunately, Soobin still didn't fit. His hips were on the arm rest, back arched and feet dangling. He smiled sheepishly at the annoyed looking Yeonjun.

"I told you, bunny, you wouldn't fit," Yeonjun growled. His consciousness became harder and harder to maintain. "Look, Soobin, why don't you just sleep in the bed like a decent human being?"

"I'm uncomfortable, okay?" Soobin whined, getting up from the green sofa. Yeonjun stared at him in disbelief. He was wasting his sleepy time for discomfort?

"Fine, come," Yeonjun beckoned Soobin to follow him. Soobin tailed behind the azurette, curious on what he will do next.

Yeonjun entered their room, grabbing the bolster from under the pillows. He placed it right in the middle, creating a perfect half and half area.

The azurette climbed back in the sheets. "There, we have something to separate us," Yeonjun said, "now will you please go to bed?"

Soobin played with the hem of his pajama. "It's just... this is the first time I've slept with someone other than my parents..."

Yeonjun blinked at him. "What's your point, bunny?" He grumbled. Seriously, he's sleepy as fuck.

"I'm not comfortable!"

"I won't do anything to you, bunny."

"Butㅡ"

"For God fucking sake, Choi Soobin! Just get your ass in bed and sleep. I won't do anything to you. I stay on my side and you on your side, is that clear!?"

Soobin widened his eyes. Yeonjun snapped at him, completely drained from patience. The azurette was staring at him, demanding for him to obey. Feeling intimidated, Soobin crawled into the sheets.

Covering all of his body except his head, Soobin snuggled into the cold sheets. Okay, this wasn't so bad. He just had to ignore Yeonjun's existence beside him. A good night won't hurt right?

"Um... good night, Yeonjun."

Yeonjun tensed. He felt his insides warm up almost immediately.

He doesn't remember when was the last time he heard that come from someone else.

"Good night, bunny," he purred, closing his eyes as he succumbed to slumber.
