you get up out of bed with a nappy head of hair and drool on your pillow. 'gross' you think

You go downstairs and pop two waffles into the toaster and get the peanut butter out. After the waffles are done you spread peanut butter all over the waffles and eat them happily while thinking about Duke, remembering all the small cute little details about him.
You get a text from him
(Duke) ✨so when do you want to go out to eat tonight
well i mean we can hangout before we go, i usually eat around 6. up to you.
✨oh ok that's fine with me. you can come over if you want. remember my house is on the corner.

you get to his house and knock on the door. A girl answers 'girlfriend? sister? friend?'
"oh hi you must be looking for Duke, hi in his sister."

"duke is in his bedroom upstairs second to the left."

you open the door to see him sitting on the bed with the phone on his hands. the dog runs out of the room like Duke was holding him hostage.

you walk over to him and sit at the top of the bed right next to him. 'i'm really close' your heart beats gets faster seeing him so close.
he sets his phone down and turns to you. you see his veiny hands which just gives you a reason to blush.
"whatcha smiling for, huh" he says but he's pretty sure he knows why
