I walked into the agency as I turned hallway after hallway and I made it into the meeting room to which the door was open slightly as I peaked through to see present mic, hawks, Shota, and a few other heroes standing in a corner their back facing me except for hawks as he saw me and his eyes seemed to panic slightly but I held a finger to my lips and crept closer to the men. It had been a whole month since I saw shota after I left for a quick trip to Singapore to assist a case. We left with a shared kiss before I walked to my plane and talked almost every night and I came back early to surprise him today. "So  y/n doing in Singapore?" Mic asked as he leaned his hand on Shota's shoulder as I stood a few feet behind as I was walking a little closer. "To be honest it's kinda annoying" he said as I stopped in my tracks and hawks looked at me "I mean She calls me every night ever since she left and I can't have a second to myself I thought with the mission I'd finally have some time for myself but sadly that's not the case" he continued as my heart began to ache at his words. "Gotta agree with you there my wife is always bothering me let me tell you now fellas don't get married" another hero said as the guys gave off a chuckle and I bit my trembling lip. "I bet and that's why I don't plan on it anytime soon she'd be a bother" shota said as the guys chuckled again except for hawks, I fisted my hands. This wasn't the same shota that called me every night since I was in Singapore and the one that would hold me close to him when he had a nightmare he wasn't the one that kissed me or touched me with lots of love a month ago I don't know why his putting on a tough guy act. "What's got you so uptight hawks?" Mic asked as hawks looked at me and so did the rest of the guys turn around as they stood their quietly and then shota turned and faced me. "Y/n?...." he stood their as the color drained from his face "how long have you been standing there?" He asked as I scoffed he had to audacity to even ask. "Long enough to know I've been an annoyance and I'd be a bother if we ever got married well guess what shota you're free! I'm sorry for being a disturbance" I said as I walked out the room not sparing a glance at him as I dashed out the agency as I still ran away until a firm hand grabbed onto my wrist as I threw my other hand back only to be blocked by a wing more like my best friends wing as I looked back a to see hawks. I had tears falling down my face as hawks shoved me into his chest while his wings and hands covered me and comforted me with their embrace. We stood their for a good minute before I heard my name being yelled out. "Y/n!!!" Shota yelled as I curled closer to Keigo. "Just tell me if you want to go and we will leave" he said as he cupped my head as I wiped my eyes and then my nose. I nodded as he spread his wings and I looked to see shota running towards hawks and me.
