"i'm trying to pack as little as possible!" changbin said to his best friend, hyunjin, who was filling one of his boxes with tens of clothes. "stop that!"
"you're moving places, changbin. it's not just some vacation. you need to pack a lot of clothes." hyunjin continued to throw mountains of clothes into the box.
"no, i don't!" changbin removes the clothes hyunjin put inside, out of the luggage.
"yes, you do!" he fought.
"i can come back for them, anyway! it's not like this house is gonna get abandoned. my parents still live here."
"fine!" hyunjin pouted. "all your clothes look the same, anyways."
"stop doing that face, you big baby." he rolled your eyes, ignoring what he said.
"you're so mean!" he jokingly said. then he started to fake cry. the two of them laughed together after. "yeah, right." he sarcastically said with a smile that he tried to hold in but couldn't.
-
hyunjin came along with changbin in his new apartment to help him unpack all of his moving boxes.
"you're still going to the same college, right?" the taller boy worried.
"what do you think?" changbin gave him an unamused expression. "guessing it's a yes, then." he mumbled.
changbin continued to unpack his boxes in the living room while hyunjin goes somewhere else but then he felt someone suddenly playing with his hair. "hyunjin, stop."
"stop what?" he asked from the bedroom. "the fuck..." the confused boy whispered to yourself.
changbin turned to see who was playing with his hair but he saw that no one was behind him. "weird, very weird." he thought to himself.
hyunjin came into the room. "why were you telling me to stop?" he asked. "nothing. i just thought someone was touching my hair."
"ew, i wouldn't touch your greasy hair." he made a disgusted face. the annoyed boy flipped him off. hyunjin laughed and went back to the bedroom.
-
after a long day of unpacking, it's now eight in the evening and hyunjin went back to his house.
changbin was just scrolling through his phone when the door slightly opened.
he thought not much of it and just assumed it was the wind. he went back to scrolling through his phone but the door closed on its own.
he started getting a little scared but more confused. then he heard three knocks from the door.
"h-hello?" he asked shakily. the door opened and a somewhat transparent light pink hand popped out. "who's there?" he interrogated nervously.
"hi!" a slightly transparent light pink head stuck out. the frightened boy screamed in fear. "no, no! i'm not going to hurt you!" the ghost said in a deep soft voice. the boy hid under his blankets, sticking an eye out to see the pink ghost.
"why are y-you pink?" he stuttered. the ghost looked down at his slightly clear light pink body and looked back up. "i don't know. probably so people wouldn't be scared of me but they still are" he frowned.
"i thought ghosts were white" he mumbled. "yeah, i think it's just me" the pink ghost frowned even more.
"do you... do you need a hug?" the boy who was still slightly frightened by the appearance of the ghost hesitated to sit down and give him a hug but he did, anyway.
he was about to hug him but the ghost stopped him. "you can't hug me" he grabbed the boy's wrist and put it through his chest.
"oh... how did you grab my wrist then?" the boy questioned. "i can touch stuff but no one can touch me. it's just how it works, apparently" he looked down. "i can't feel hugs, anyway." he left the room.
"hey! wait!" it was too late. he already disappeared.
"this place is really weird. a ghost? pink ghost?" changbin thought to himself.
