it was a few hours after felix left. changbin locked himself in his room, lying on the bed, still in tears from the departure of the ghost. he couldn't sleep because his mind was filled with the ghost. he felt like the months that he and the ghost were dating weren't enough.

"oh lix, i miss you already." i said while staring at the ceiling. "felix..." he whispered his name. while hugging his pillow, he cries his eyes out with the feeling of his heart on his throat. he cried so loudly that the neighbors might even hear him.

a few days passed and changbin never left his apartment. all he has been eating was the food left in the fridge, which there were only a few. all he has been doing was sleep, eat, think, and cry. he even felt stupid for crying over a ghost. he questioned why it hurt so bad.

hyunjin felt worried for changbin because he hasn't been answering his calls nor his texts. he tried visiting him in his apartment but no one answered. his friend started having negative thoughts, 'what if he's doing something he isn't supposed to?'.

changbin felt guilty for isolating himself from everyone, but he really wanted some alone time. though, his alone time was becoming unhealthy.

slowly, as days passed by, the boy started healing. he was healing but he never forgot about the ghost. sometimes, he would go to the rooftop and talk to felix's star. it was something he'd do when he feels lonely or when he was just in the mood of talking to something when hyunjin isn't free.

four years later, changbin and his best friend, hyunjin went to changbin's apartment. they decided to clean his dirty old apartment after years of not cleaning it.

"hyung! faster, im already here." hyunjin said to changbin from the 2nd floor while changbin was taking his time to go up the stairs. "yeah, yeah. im almost there. be patient." changbin said.

changbin finally got up the stairs and hyunjin was sitting on the ground, against the wall, pretending to sleep. "don't be so dramatic. i only took like five seconds." the boy rolled his eyes at his friend.

hyunjin stopped pretending to sleep, pouted, and furrowed his eyebrows. "an average human takes two seconds to get up those stairs." hyunjin exaggerated. "oh, shut up." he left him sitting on the floor. changbin went inside his apartment and hyunjin just followed after his drama.

"where should we start?" hyunjin looked around the messy and dirty apartment. "um, the living room." changbin went straight to the living room.

the boys have been cleaning for a while, they've reached changbin's bedroom. while changbin was cleaning under his bed, he saw a photograph. the aura of the photograph was familiar, so he grabbed it.

he looked at the photograph and saw a photo of a pink ghost, smiling sweetly while looking at him. he remembered who the ghost is. he started tearing up from the memories that flashed in his mind.

"ah, changbin hyung, what's wrong?" hyunjin asked while patting his back. he saw the photo he was holding of him and the ghost. "oh." hyunjin immediately knew and frowned. changbin's friend bit the inside of his cheek.

"i'm gonna meet you someday, felix... just wait." he said as a teardrop fell. "i'll find you," he whispered.

-

eight years later, at changbin's funeral. changbin died in a car crash when he was going to work. while everyone was crying at his funeral, changbin was flying to the stars, hoping to meet the ghost he has been dying to see.

suddenly, everything went black when he reached the stars. he opened his eyes to see a bright white cloudy place. he looked around, trying to find the ghost, but it was an empty place. "where..." changbin whispered to himself. he felt nervous because he might not find the ghost that he was hoping to see again for more than half of his life.

then he saw a man. his eyes widen, hoping it was the ghost, but it wasn't. it was a man, a man... he decided to ask the man why there's no one else here. he walked to the man, nervous but eager to ask.

"excuse me?" changbin asked. "hm?" the man turned around in changbin's direction. "do you know where anyone else is?" changbin asked nervously. "oh, just walk around, you'll eventually find people. they usually stay in one place, which is the place they sleep and do indoor activities, but there are also people who are scattered around. they're usually in that direction." the stranger pointed at the direction to changbin's left. "oh, thank you." he bowed at the stranger.

changbin started walking to the direction the stranger pointed at. he started finding other people, but no sign of the ghost. then he found a building which looked like there were a lot of people, so he hoped to find felix there.

he was about to go in the building but someone hugged him from the back. "ah! what the-" he was about to finish talking but when he looked behind to see who pulled him, he saw the same sweet smile that he saw in the photograph.

"FELIX!" he turned around to face the ghost. felix giggled that his reaction. "you're not pink!" changbin mentioned. "yep! someone told me we're not ghosts anymore, we're angels!" felix said happily. "i miss you so much, i could kiss you!" and, so changbin did.

he showered the ghosts with kisses. felix giggled a lot because of the kisses, he was tickle-ish. "binnie hyung! hahaha- stop! it tickles hahaha!" felix laughed. "im going to shower you with all my love." changbin smiled warmly at felix.

"finally... i can hug you." changbin hugged felix. he caught felix off guard when he hugged him. felix started blushing because of the warmth of his boyfriend.

of course, felix hugged him back. that day was perfect. it felt perfect.

just them together.
