it's been a few days and back again, at the café.

"so, when?" hyunjin stirred his tea as he asked. "what do you mean "when"?" changbin asked.

"are you gonna confess to him?" he asked again. "i don't know, i mean he's a ghost... so i don't know how the relationship would work." the boy was unsure.

"well, he's still huma-" hyunjin paused mid-sentence after realizing what he said. changbin looked at him shocked but then laughed.

"fuck you, changbin." he looked away, embarrassed. he continued to laugh while hyunjin was embarrassed.

"okay, but i think you meant that he still has feelings." the older said. "yeah..." hyunjin was still recovering from embarrassment.

"i'll try confessing to him. if it doesn't work out, god, how embarrassed and heartbroken i'd be."

"now, do you want me to order you tea?" hyunjin interrogated. "uh, i'll take coffee." changbin replied.

-

"hyung!" felix runs to changbin as he walks into the apartment. "this day feels pretty long." he runs into changbin's arms.

"felix, i need to talk to you." changbin whispered into felix's ear, filling his body with nervousness. felix lets go of changbin's embrace.

"w-why?" felix thought he did something wrong. he felt scared that changbin would leave him cause he's a ghost.

"i just need to tell you something." the older boy said, making the ghost even more nervous. "if you tell me, is something gonna change between us?" the younger asked.

"it depends." changbin said in monotone. "it d-depends?" the ghost whispered.

"let's just go to the bedroom first." he went on his way to the bedroom as felix follows.

they both sit on the bed, face to face. felix gulped as changbin at him deeply in the eye.

"what is it?" felix asked shakily. changbin breaks eye contact with him cause he was nervous as well.

"so, i've been hiding this from you for a long time cause i've been debating with myself whether if i should tell you or not." changbin was trying to build up all his courage to tell the confused yet nervous ghost.

"i like you..." he confessed his feelings while the ghost was even more confused. "huh?"

"i like you, felix. like, i love you, i want to be with you." changbin made it clear enough for the ghost to understand.

even if ghosts didn't have heartbeats, he still felt like his heart is beating.

felix leaned in for a kiss. he knew that changbin couldn't kiss back but he couldn't care less. it was the happiest time of his afterlife.

changbin felt coldness on his lips from the ghost's kiss but he also didn't care cause even with the ghost's cold kiss, changbin felt warm and in comfort. his heartfelt light. he knew that the ghost was happy and he was happy too. at that moment, nothing mattered but the both of them.

they fell deeply in love. what people would think didn't matter, how long they'd last didn't matter, nothing mattered. nothing at all but the love they felt for each other.

"i love you so much." felix whispered without fully breaking the kiss. "i love you too." changbin whispered back, doing the same as felix.

the night lasted short. they fell asleep comfortably in each other's arms.

-

"okay, it's tea time." hyunjin sat on his usual seat in the café. changbin sat across him, ready to tell him everything.

the waitress who looked new came to our table to take their orders. "the usual." hyunjin ordered for tea. "pardon?" the waitress asked in confusion. "oh, tea." hyunjin figured that she was new.

"you, sir?" the waitress turned to changbin. "just latte." changbin ordered. the waitress left our table after we ordered.

"damn, we watched this place grow." hyunjin looked around, smiling like an idiot, as if they've been to the café since the start. changbin looked at him like he was insane. "what?" his friend furrowed his eyebrows, confused.

"we only started going here 2 months ago." he said in monotone. "oh... hm, it feels like ages." his friend looked around again but without the smile, he had a minute ago.

"probably cause it takes you such a long time to confess to that damn ghost."  hyunjin rolled his eyes. "shut up, rat. i've already confessed to him." he rolled his eyes back at him.

"WHAT?!" he shouted, widening his eyes.

"that's it. you two are banned from this café." the manager walked up to our table.

"but what about our dri-" the boy's friend got cut off by the manager of the café. "nope. get out." the manager pointed at the door.

changbin watched the two argue.

"well, mr..." hyunjin looked at his nametag. "well mr. jehyuk, at least i'm not some 5'1 grandpa who looks like they won't be able to reach their 60's cause of their smoking and drinking addi-" changbin stopped him mid-sentence because he's going way too far just cause of tea.

"sorry, sir." changbin pulled hyunjin out of the café.

"it's the bald spot at the back of his head for me!" hyunjin shouted as changbin pulled him out of the café.

"good job, hyunjin. you got us kicked out." changbin sarcastically said. "yeah, yeah."
