It's the the end of the day and Akira had already left with Ryuji and Nhzual had gotten up with Morgana in his bag and he looked obey and saw Ann still at her desk and she looked down.

Morgana: Lady Ann seems depressed...

Nhzual then walked over to her and got her attention.

Nhzual: Yo, Jeanne, you okay?

Ann then noticed Nhzual looking at her.

Ann: Oh, uh, I'm fine. It's nothing.

Nhzual: Uh huh...

Ann: It's fine, seriously! Besides, I wouldn't want to trouble you...

Nhzual: Please, you're fine. How about we hang out and you can tell me all about your problems.

Ann then looked at Nhzual surprised.

Ann: Are you sure...?

Nhzual: Yup. I'm all ears.

Ann then smiled at Nhzual.

Ann: Thanks, Nhzual. You're so reliable. I guess it wouldn't be so bad taking you about this stuff.

Nhzual: Come on, let's go to the diner.

Ann: Oh, I love that place. Let's go!

After leaving the school, Nhzual and Ann went to the diner and they both sat in the back and Nhzual had ordered them drinks and Ann spoke up.

Ann: Hey, un...There's something I wanted to talk to you about, Nhzual. It's Shiho.

Nhzual: What about her?

Ann: Well, I went to visit her in the mental hospital. And she..She said she was sorry. Sorry for not telling me about Kamoshida...about the things he was doing to her...But it was my fault too. I didn't realize how much trouble she was in...I wasn't there for her...So I apologized as well.

Nhzual: So I take it you're feeling better now?

Ann: Yeah! I finally got to tell her everything I couldn't bring myself to say before. And, um...remember how Kamoshida threatened to take Shiho off the team if I didn't sleep with him?

Nhzual: Pretty hard not to forget something so fucked up.

Ann then looked down saddened.

Ann: I had only agreed to it so that I wouldn't ruin Shiho's dreams...

Nhzual: What you did was really stupid.

Ann: Huh?

Nhzual: If Shiho's your best friend, I know she wouldn't put her dream over your safety and well being.

Ann then looked down saddened.

Ann: I guess I really am stupid...All of this happened because of how weak I am...

Nhzual: I wouldn't go that far. You're definitely not weak, far from it actually. Despite that stupid decision, you showed true strength when you decided to let Kamoshida live, despite all the pain and suffering he put you both through. Not a lot of people would do the same in your situation.

Ann looked back at Nhzual and smiled.

Ann: Thanks, Nhzual. But, do you remember the last time we talked like this? When I got that phone call from Kamoshida...and I cried. I felt so alone....Scared, even...But because you were there, I decided not to go. I was a little surprised at how pushy you were about it...but I see now you just wanted to help. Thanks.
