No one's POV
After Maruki got away and saying goodbye to his sister,everyone made their way out of Maruki's Palace and Nhazul was carrying an unconscious Sumire.
Akira: I'm still trying to wrap my head around all this...
Yusuke: The Navigator's returned to our devices...A Palace is visible in our own reality...
Ann: Um, does that mean reality's broken right now, or something? Something to do with Dr. Maruki, anyway?
Morgana looked up at Nhazul.
Morgana: Hey, Nhazul, how much do you already know about this stuff?
Nhazul: A good amount.
Nhazul then told everyone everything he knew about what had happened.
Futaba: So Dr. Maruki...
Haru: He altered reality...to make our dreams come true?
Yusuke: This is all too much for me to handle at once...
Akechi: Apologies for the interruption. Mind if I interject?
Everyone looked surprised to see Akechi.
Ryuji: Oh, that's right! Akechi!
Akechi: There's no reason to be defensive. Had I wished to kill you all, I would've done it by now.
Nhazul: Akechi's not the enemy. But he still acts like a dick though.
Akechi: I'm going to let that comment slide.
Nhazul: You were going to let it slide regardless, best buddy.
Akechi just looked at Nhazul annoyed and Makoto spoke up.
Makoto: So you're not here to fight us?
Akechi: I've already put our feud behind me. Not only that..Since Nhazul and myself refuse to accept reality as Maruki sees fit to make it, we currently have the same goal.
Akira: So in other words, you're using Nhazul.
Nhazul: ...-_-... He's not using me...
Akechi: What about the rest of you? Considering how you all were living your ideal lives in that due to that other reality until you decided to come here. Maruki seems to be telling the truth about taking your happiness into consideration. While his heart is distorted, he is quite different from adults whose hearts you've changed so far. Now that you know his intentions, I'm most interested in learning whether you still plan on fighting him or not.
Yusuke: What do you mean?
Akechi: I'm up against someone with the power to distort reality as we know it. The more allies on my side the better. If we all share the same goals, shouldn't we join forces and improve our odds?
Suddenly, Sumire started coming to and Akechi started walking off.
Akechi: I'll be going now. Be sure to consider my point.
Ryuji: Hey!
Akechi then left and Sumire woke up.
Sumire: Senpai...?
Nhazul: How you feeling?
Sumire: I...
Nhazul: Can you stand?
Sumire: Oh, yes...
Nhazul then sat Sumire down and she looked down saddened.
Sumire: I'm sorry... I caused you all so much trouble...
