Hinode had gotten up as well and dusted himself off again. He then smiles cheekily as he puts his hands on his hips once more. "I've got a few ideas!"

Hinode then grabs Muzan's hand and quickly walks farther into the village. He softly chuckles when Muzan made a sound that suggested he was startled by the sudden action. Even so, Muzan made no attempt to shake his hand away as his servant boy eagerly led him down the dirt road.

When they finally got to the village market area, Muzan was bombarded by all types of sights and smells. His veiled hat gently swaying as the hidden lord looked from side to side. All the colors and smells interested Muzan. Even though he's lived in this village all of his life, he's never actually been able to see what it entails. Only ever having mentally imaged it from Hinode's descriptions.

Seeing Muzan's quiet reaction, Hinode softly smiled as he decided to slow down a bit. Still holding Muzan's hand, he slowed to a meandering speed to allow his master to gawk at everything.

Muzan hardly noticed as he gazed at all of the different vendors and their products. Then he felt it.

Muzan looked to find people staring at them. His already thick mental walls started building themselves thicker as his face hardened with displeasure. He absolutely loathed it when people stared at him. It felt like they were trying to dissect him with their eyes. Like they would see all of his weaknesses and treat him like most people did when they heard who he was, with pity.

Pity. Oh how he loathed that word. It was what he got every godforsaken day of his miserable life. He got it from the servants, he got it from his doctors, and he even got it from his own father. Damn them all to hell. I don't need their fucking pity.

The only ones who didn't treat him like glass were his pesky little white cat and his stupid little peasant boy. And because of that, he would never let them go. He would forever keep them by his side just to feel any kind of normalcy, no matter how small.

So for people to just blatantly stare at the sickly lord and his personal slave, it pissed him off.

He was doing his best to hold in his anger. The burning feeling of their eyes made his skin itch. What are they staring at? I'll rip their eyes out if they don't stop. Muzan tightened his hold on Hinode's hand in possessive anger. How dare they stare at what's not theirs.

The feeling of Muzan tightening his hold on Hinode's hand, caused the boy to worry. He stopped walking and turn towards Muzan, tilting his head with a worried gaze. "Hey, what's wrong?"

Muzan couldn't help but briefly admire his servant. The morning light seemed to make his thick black hair shine like raven feathers. The small white streak on top of his head shimmered like the glint on a white koi's scales. The boy gazed at Muzan through his long lashed and sharp electric blue eyes as they glistened like the finest sapphires. The rings of silver around his pupils almost looked like free-flowing liquid mercury.

Muzan hadn't realized how pretty and feminine his servant boy truly was until now. As his eyes flickered over the pretty boy's facial features more closely, Muzan couldn't stop the faint blush that crawled onto his face.
