The math class started.

Felix opened his textbook and looked at the exercises.

"..."

"What are you waiting for?"

"...I can't math."

"What do you mean?"

"I can't do it, I'm not good at it."

"Boring excuse, you're just lazy."

"Oh pleAse, as if you knew how to count."

"Well not this, but if I learned the theory, I surely would understand it more."

Felix took out another math book.

"Here you go, feel free to study it." He grinned.

Hyunjin rolled his eyes. "Your only luck is that I have nothing better to do."

"Haha... wait you're gonna learn it for real?"

"And what else? I saw your grades, you're failing."

"..."

"Now shut up and leave me alone."

Felix shrugged and let his mind drift away.

Meanwhile Hyunjin opened the book studied all the math theory.

"..."

After a while he closed the book with a thud.

"Huh, so fast?" Felix was pulled out of his daydreaming.

Hyunjin flaunted. "Of course, I could always read books fast."

"Yeah, but do you actually get it?"

"If you concentrated more you would be able to understand it too. It's not that complicated."

"Wow." Felix was genuinely surprised. It seemed like Hyunjin was a lot more smarter than he expected.

"Lee Felix." The teacher called out his name.

"Yes?" Felix quickly flipped his book open.

The teacher squinted his eyes at him. "I see you don't even need to have your book opened. If you find it too boring, how about you go solve it here, in front of everyone?"

Some kids inhaled sharply. To go present in front of the whole class was always a torture for many students.

Felix was one of them. He froze in panick. He looked at the formula written on the board and saw just a bunch of letters and numbers without sense.

"Come, everyone's waiting." The teacher smiled mockingly.

"Nooo, I'm just going to embarass myself in front of everyone." Felix cried internally.

Hyunjin rolled his eyes and stood up nonchalantly.

"What are you doing??"

"I'm saving your ass once again so shut up."

"Okay, I'll let you be but don't mess up anything."

"Eh, when did I ever."

"Do I have to remind you? Two weeks ago?"

"Do you mean the cafeteria or Jisung."

"Both, you- wait what?? YOU SAID THAT ACCIDENT WITH JISUNG WAS MY FAULT."

Hyunjin smiled lazily. "It was you who wanted to beat him up, not me. I just helped you a little."

Felix was exaspered. "But you beated him to unconciousness!!"

"Nope, it was you."

"But you're also me, so it was you. I would never do such thing myself."

Hyunjin shrugged. "You never know. But even if it was all my fault, try explaining it to the others." His words turned a little a hostile at the end.

"..."

"Now be quiet or things will turn even worse for you." He said as he walked past the teacher and stood right in front of the board.

Hyunjin studied the formula carefully, his back facing everyone.

He lifted up his hand and started writing. He felt the whole class watching his every move, even the teacher.

"Heh, easy. It's exactly the same as the one in the book. You just do this... and this... that equals that one... you do this like this... and... here you get the result."

Felix stared in awe as his own hand created that masterpiece.

Hyunjin's handwriting was also a little different from his own one, much more neat and legible.

Hyunjin turned back to the teacher with a smug face.

"..."

"..."

"..."

Everyone stared first at him, then at the board and then back at him again.

Nobody could believe that Felix, the guy who barely passed math classes, could solve such a complicated thing.

"The result is correct... well done." The teacher broke the silence hesitantly.

Hyunjin smiled gracefully and nodded. He walked back to his seat.
