11. hurt

Jisung was at a loss for words.

Seeing Minho casually chat with a boy who's name Jisung didn't even remember made him outraged. Even worse, the boy was Felix's friend.

But more than anger he felt jealousy. He was jealous, oh boy, how he was jealous.

It wouldn't be the first time a person close to him would find someone better. In fact, it has always been like this.

He would befriend or date someone and a few months later they would leave him for a better person.

Jisung knew he didn't have the best personality nor looks to make someone stay, so he at least tried his best to keep people away from the other.

That way, the person would only have him. It wasn't a good thing to do, Jisung knew that. But it was the only thing that had worked so far.

Jisung really liked Minho and didn't want to lose him too.

Felix saw how Jisung's face became clouded, as if a huge storm was about to come.

'Seung lets only his best friends call him Seung. Since when was Minho such good friends with Seung??' Felix was confused.

Jisung opened his mouth. He was about to say something very nasty to Seungmin so he would never dare to talk to Minho again.

But on the second thought, Minho seemed to be quite fond of that Seungmin so Jisung wasn't that careless, he didn't want Minho to think badly of him.

Jisung noticed Felix staring at him as if he knew what exactly was going inside his head. He shot him an angry glare.

At the end the Jisung's face cleared again and he only said blankly. "Oh, okay." Before turning around and leaving.

Minho looked at him leaving with a perplexed expression. Then he waved goodbye to Seungmin and went to catch up with Jisung.

In the end, it was only Changbin standing across Felix, Seungmin and Jeongin.

He looked them up and down indifferently, said goodbye and left too.

Seungmin nudged Felix to say something and go after him but Felix shook his head.

"What should I say to him? You clearly saw how he looked at Jisung." Said Felix in a small voice.

"But more importantly, how Jisung looked at Minho."

Felix and Seungmin both looked down. They completely forgot Jeongin was still there.

Felix didn't get it. "Huh? What about his look?"

"That was a look of a heartbroken person." Replied Hyunjin.

"Heartbroken?? Jisung and heartbroken? Ha, never! He is too full of himself to care about others." Snapped Felix angrily.

Both Seungmin and Jeongin looked at him confused.

Only then did Felix realize he said that out loud.

"Watch how you talk. People will think you're weird." Hyunjin hissed.

"Jisung is heartbroken?" Asked Seungmin, still confused.

"No, he's not." Said Felix scoffed.

"What's wrong with you? You're not usually this agressive." Pointed out Hyunjin.

Felix breathed out slowly and replied.

"It's just, ugh. Jisung is, and always has been anything but heartbroken."

He rolled his eyes. "You don't know him like I do, he's not that type of a person, he's heartless."

Hyunjin raised his eyebrows. "Maybe I don't, but surely he wouldn't hate you for no reason."
