oki so before of da quarter quell Johanna doesn't rly have many scenes BUT the scenes she does have are ICONIC FOR EXAMPLEE her screaming at the Capitol crowd I MEMORIZED THAT SPEECH AND I LOVED IT SM (STILL DO) *mentally goes over speech* AHAHAHHA AND THEN CAESAR AFTERWARDS AS JOHANNA STOMPS OFF- "one woman's opinion" YES ONE AMAZEBALLS, STRONG, INDEPENDENT WOMANS OPINION. And then there's the elevator stripping scene- EVERYTHING AB THIS SCENE OMG - Katniss's face (which, might I add, was more Jen than Katniss if u ask me) Haymitch watching amused, peeta confuzzled and flabbergasted (did I use that right? Oh well LMK IF I SCREWED UP HEHE) and Johanna OBVIOUSLY BEING A QUEEN ok maybe not the best role model in that particular scene BUT A QUEEN NONETHELESS and then ofc the "make him PAY for it" when Katniss has her wedding dress AJDJFJEJ YESSSS AND PAY FOR IT HE DID OH ALSO the training sceneeee omg I remember the first time I watched catching fire I REWATCHED THAT SCRNE SO MANY TIMES where Johanna is swinging her axe around and then she slams it into the ground and like half grins half smirks at katniss OMGGGG AJDJFJSJSB AMAZEBALLS

Honestly the first time I read it Johanna didn't rly strike me as the type to be in on the rebellion plan OFC I WAS TERRRRIBLY MISTAKEN but like she always kinda seemed actually idek what smoller me was thinking I mean she cussed off the entire nation of panem soooo ALSO THAT MOMENT WHEN SHE SAID THE THING AB LIGHTING FIRES IN SNOWS BACKYARD AKDJFJDJEN but ok this is gonna change the mood a lot but johannas so broken inside;( like when haymitch told Katniss that Snow had killed johannas family bc she refused to become a prostitute I HATE SNOW OMG but with the jabberjays "they can't hurt me. There's no one left I love" SHES SO BROKEN INSIDE BUT LIKE SHE COVERS IT UP SO WELL and then after the Capitol tortured her omg she's so strong wth I love her
OKIII I COULD PROBS GO ON AND I PROBS WILL IN THE FUTURE AND COME BACK AND EDIT THIS CHAPTER (if I can?
