Let's start off with a smol lil quote from Haymitch in his interview when Caesar asked - "So, Haymitch, what do you think about the Hunger Games having 100% more competitors than usual?" YES HAYMITCHH BTW I HAVE SO MANY MORE QUOTES FROM HAYMITCH SO ILL MAKE A LIL LIST AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SECTION

MAYSILEE DONNER - Katniss's moms friend I think? and Madge's aunt - So Haymitch met her when she killed some people for him (at least that's what i remember from a fan film I can't remember if it was mentioned in the books? SRY IK IM A DISGRACE TO THE FANDOM) But these guys try to attack him and he's about to die and Maysilee shoots one of em with a lil blowgun and DEDZOO YAYYY and then she goes "we'll survive longer if there's two of us" (sryyy thats probs not the exact quote BUT JUST GO WITH😅🤣) AND THE YAYAYAYYAAYAY THEIR ALLIANCE IS FORMED and they make it to the final four and then theyre like "I DONT WANT IT TO COME DOWN TO ME AND YOU" and they split up and then like ten minutes later maysilee gets killed by either some killer bird mutts or I think maybe another tribute? RIP MAYSILEEEEE🥺🥺

So Haymitch is very heartbroken but he doesn't have much time to be cause then there's another cannon boom and then there's only him and the district one girl left and then she finds him, they have that fight on cliff, and Haymitch pulls the axe stunt, which makes the Capitol hate him

SRYYY THIS ISNT JUST AB HAYMITCH BUT ALL OF THE DISTRICT 12 VICTORS SEEM TO RUB SNOW THE WRONG WAY OTHER THAN HAYMITCH KATNISS AND PEETA, KATNISS MENTIONED THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER VICTOR FROM 12, which was, if you've read the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Lucy Gray Baird. Ofc Katniss and peeta annoyed the ding dongs outta snow, and the lil stunt haymitch pulled made snow hate him, and uhhh Snow shot Lucy Gray so the lil love story they had going on obviously didn't work out BUT YOU GET THE POINT - EVERY VICTOR FROM TWELVE IS HATED BY SNOW

Wait sry I wrote that yesterday and completely lost my train of thought idek what I was gonna say ab his quell uhmmmm HES SMART AND CLEVER AND STOOF OKI THATS BASICALLY ALL I HAVE TO SAY SRYYYY THIS BOOK IS PROBS VERY DISAPPOINTING IF YOU CAME FOR LIKE THOROUGH CHARACTER EVALUATIONS SRYYYY OKIIII THATS IT FOR MY DEAR FRIEND HAY HAY'S TWO CHAPTERS AND ILL SEE YA GUYS NEXT TIMEEEE
