Church : Peter Parker

Imagine: You force Peter to go to your church to meet the rest of your family.

(A/N I am so sorry if you are not christian I don't mean to offend anyne but I'm basing this off of a true story and since I'm having major writers block I decided this would be a good little chapter and for my sake i'm changing names)

"C'mon babe, we don't have all day." You shouted to peter from the living room. Peter came out in a full suit. You sighed. "Peter I told you that at my church you don't have to dress up." You said. "Oh....then what do I wear?" He asked. 

"You have 5 minutes to give me some business casual." You said. He nodded and ran back to his room. He came out 4 minutes later with a Suit jacket with a red sweater, khakis, and brown dress shoes. "Much better." You said looping his arm and leading him out his apartment.

"We're walking?" Peter asked. "No, my cousins picking us up." You said. As if it was timed your cousin pulled up and Peter opened the door and let you in then got in for himself. "Hey Keith." You greeted. "Hey (Y/N)." He greeted back.

"Hello boyfriend." Keith said. "Hi." Peter said shyly. "Boyfriend Peter this is my older cousin keith, older cousin keith this is my boyfriend Peter." You introduced. "Well it's nice to finally meet you Peter." Keith said. "Nice to meet you too." Peter said.

You guys drove to church mostly in silence. When you got there Keith made Peter stay in the car while you waited outside. Keith turned around to face peter as much as he could. "Now I'm not going to threaten you that's already been taken care of. I'm here to warn you." Keith said.

"About?" Peter asked warily. "Almost everyone in that church is super friendly but if you hurt (Y/N)...let's just say they have enough contacts in the government to get away with it." Keith warned. Peter looked scared and keith opened the door.

You looked at your older cousin skeptically. "What did you say?" You asked him. "I didn't threaten him." Keith defended. "I never said you did." You chuckled. Keith just shrugged and went in the church. You grabbed a stunned Peter and dragged him inside the church.

"Welcome to (Random church name)!" You said dramatically to him. He looked around and saw people talking and sitting at tables and joking and he was taking in the light hearted atmosphere. "Wow." Peter said. "Come meet my Aunt Lena." You said dragging him to the area she was.

"Hey (Y/N)." She greeted. "Hey auntie this is my boyfriend Peter." You said. "So you're the boyfriend we've been hearing about?" She asked. "I'm Salenna but all the kids call me Aunt Lena." She introduced. "Peter." He said. "Will he be helping you today in childrens church?" She asked. You nodded.

"Well I'm not gonna hold you dear." She said shooing you guys off. "We've got to go meet 2 more people then go to sunday school." You said dragging him to the front of the church. "Hey Uncle Warren." You said walking up to him.

"Hey (Y/N)." He said giving you a hug. "Uncle Warren, Aunt Rita, this is my boyfriend Peter." You introduced. "Hello Peter." Rita greeted. "Come on (Y/N) Imma walk you to sunday school." She said dragging you away from Peter leaving him with Warren.

"So Peter I am a reverand but as her uncle I am obliged to threaten you." He started. "You look like a nice young man but I just want you to know that if you even think about hurting her I always have a gun on me." He said. "Now go to sundday school." Warren pointed him in the right direction. Peter slowly walked off.

One sunday school and 10 threats later

"C'mon Peter you have to meet the kids." You said excitedly. "Kids?" He asked. You dragged him to the Childrens church area where your little cousin Niya was waiting with her sister Mona.          "(Y/N)!" They both said giving you a hug. 

"Hey Nini hey Mona." You said picking Niya up. "Niya and Mona this is my boyfriend Peter, Peter these are my little cousins Niya and Mona. Niya's 4 Mona's 7 and they're both really bossy." You said. "Pick me up Peter." Mona said making grabby hands.

Even though she was 7 she hated walking. Peter put her on his back and they walked to the childrens church area where he met your little cousins and all the other kids. After they all met him he got to  admire how good you were with kids and how your eyes lit up when you mentioned them.

He helped you with the 3-5 class and helped pass out snacks and then it was time for everyone to go...but not before meeting a couple more over protective uncles. You took him out and knocked on an office door.

 Peter was confused about who he was meeting but he knew he'd find out when he heard a faint "Come in." You and Him walked in to see 2 people chilling. "Pastor, Rev Will, this is my boyfriend Peter. Peter, these are my uncles William and Anthony." You introduced. "

Boyfriend?" Anthony asked. "Yeah. The one I've been telling you about." You said. "Mmmhmmmm. (Y/N) your mom's outside. Go wait in the car, Peter will catch up." Anthony said. You nodded skeptically but went outside anyway. 

Peter came out 5 minutes later looking like he'd just seen a ghost. "I-I-I think your pastor just threatened me..." He said. My mom laughed and said "He did." You just shook your head in embarassment. "Any chance you're willing to come back?" You asked. 

"S-sure. Your church is really cool." Peter said. You smiled. "Great! Now let's go to my house and cuddle and watch movies. How's that sound?" You asked. "Can we watch star wars?" Peter asked making his puppy dog eyes. "Well what else would we watch?" He got really excited and you couldn't help but laugh at his antics.
