Imagine: You telling Sam that you're pregnant

You were just laying in bed enjoying the little bit of sunshine showing through your semi-tinted windows when you felt your stomach churning and you immediately knew what was coming. You rushed up and just barely made it to the toilet in time to throw up last nights dinner.

This had been happening for the past week and you were beginning to suspect something was up. You and Sam hadn't had sex in a few weeks and you didn't use protection so the possibility of you being pregnant was there.

You needed to get a few tests from the drug store before you told Sam anything. You didn't want to get his hopes up for what could be a really bad stomach virus. So you waited for the nausea to pass before you pushed yourself off the bathroom floor and got cleaned up. 

You went out to the living room of your apartment seeing Sam and Steve watching Princess and the frog. "Oh hey Steve, Morning sam." You greeted. "Hey (Y/N)." He said. You walked over to the couch and gave Sam a kiss on the cheek.

"Morning babe." He said. "Um why are you guys watching The Princess and The Frog?" You asked skeptically. "Well back in the day there were only like 3 disney movies and now they have loads and a bunch of series. Sam is helping me catch up on them all." Steve explained.

"Well don't let me stop you. I'm just heading to the store real quick." You said grabbing the keys. "Oh! Can you grab some popcorn?" Sam asked. You chuckled at your boyfriends antics. "Sure." You agreed. "You're the best. Love you." Sam said. "I know." You said closing the door.

You drove over to your favorite target and grabbed a few big bags of popcorn, knowing that Bucky would inevitably come over with his super sized appetiet, and 5 pregnancy tests. You also grabbed a shit ton of water then went to check out.

"Hey (Y/N)." The cassier greeted. "Hey Cassidy." You said. You and Cassidy had become friends after her seeing you for the 10th time her first week on the job. "What are all these- oh my gosh are you?" "I don't know." You cut her off.

She squealed and handed you your bags. "We're still on for lunch Saturday right?" She asked. "Yeah." You said. "I want all the details." She demanded. You laughed and promised her then left out to head back. You stepped in your apartment to see Bucky has indeed joined the party.

This time they were watching bolt. "Hey Bucky." You greeted. "Hey (Y/N)." He said briefly looking at you. "I got the popcorn." You tossed them the bags. "And it's the extra buttered kind!" Steve said excitedly. You chuckled at him. "Baby why don't you watch the movie with us?" Sam asked.

You shook your head. "I have some girl stuff to go do but maybe in a few." You said. Sam pouted but let you go anyway. You chugged all the water on the way back so you really had to pee so you grabbed the tests and went to the bathroom.

After setting a timer on your phone for 5 minutes you looked nervously at the stick on the counter. "Just turn it over. What's the worst that could happen?" You tried to reassure yourself. After a few more minutes of internal panicking you finally turned the first one over and it had 2 lines, positive!

You couldn't believe your eyes and turned over the other 4 which all said positive. "Well look at that." You muttered. 'Now for the hard part.' You thought. 'How to tell Sam.' You paced in your room for a while thinking of ways to tell him. 

You must've been in your room for a while because Sam texted you to come to the common room because he was getting worried. You decided that now was a good a time as ever. You grabbed one of the tests and hid it in your hand and walked out into the living room.

"Hey Baby, I was thinking you could choose the- what's wrong?" He saw your nervous face and immediately rushed to your side. You opened and closed your mouth trying to find the right words but you couldn't find any. "It's better if I just show you." You comprimised.

You took the pregnancy test from behind your back and gave it to him. He looked at it, then back at you. "Is this real?" He whispered. You nodded. "This isn't a prank?" He asked. You shook your head. He gave you the biggest kiss.

"Holy Shit, HOLY SHIT!" He shouted excitedly. "What?" Steve asked. "I'm gonna be a dad!" He said showing Steve and Bucky the test. "No way, congradulations!" Steve said. "So I'm gonna be the god father right?" Bucky asked. "No way, I'm actually nice to sam." Steve said.

"Well (Y/N) was my friend first!" Bucky argued. "You are a punk and you would be a bad influece." Steve said. "Says the guy who used to pick fights in alleyways just to get his ass kicked."  Bucky retorted. 

You and Sam laughed as they started having a full blown argument."Actually-" You said interrupting their thoughts. "I was thinking Natasha could be the god mom." Steve and Bucky stared at you like you had 5 heads and then proceeded to argue why it shouldn't be her. You and sam could do nothing but laugh.
