"Let the insulting words wash over you, like a river over stone." That's what Master Splinter says. He says if you take deep breaths and relax that the little things will no longer bother you. And that would usually work for the most temperamental turtle. But today is just not one of those days.
The day started out great. Raph and Casey made plans to go out skateboarding and hang out later, he crushed Leo in training this morning. The day was good. Until, Mikey ruined it. Mikey thought it would be a good idea to build a skateboarding ramp in the Lair and start skateboarding down it. Master Splinter of course, caught him and now all four boys were grounded. And the only reason all four were grounded is because their father is a firm believer that what you do to one, you do to the other. Granted, the older boys still get TV privileges and can use their phones, being stuck in the Lair for a week just doesn't seem appealing.
"Nice going, Mikey!" Raph snapped.
"Raph, chill. It's one week." Leo piped in.
"I made plans!"
"Yea! I'm sure Casey can wait a week."
"Actually, Donnie! Casey's leaving for a hockey tournament tomorrow morning. That's why we were gonna hang out tonight! This sucks!" Raph growled, slumping onto the couch.
"I'm really sorry, Raph. I thought maybe he'd just ground me." Mikey whined.
"You didn't learn your lesson last time?"
"What last time?" Mikey asked.
"Dexter Speckman." Raph growled. "We were grounded, the T-Pod." Mikey scratched his head. Raph rolled his eyes and growled.
"Never mind."
"I'm sure Casey will understand. Just explain what happened." Leo said.
"He won't! 'Cause his dad is fair. Mikey should be the only one grounded! He's the one that messed up!"
"Raphael! Dojo! Now!" Sensei boomed. Raph bowed his head and followed his father.
"Someone's in trouble." Mikey taunted. Sensei whipped around and looked at his youngest son. Mikey turned his head around and shivered. Sensei walked into the dojo to talk with his angriest son.

An hour later, Raph came storming out of the dojo and straight into his room. His brothers looked at him and all tensed up when he slammed his door shut. Sensei walked out and ordered his sons to go to bed. The other three trudged into the their rooms as Sensei went back into the dojo.
Raph laid in bed, staring at the ceiling. He looked at his phones clock and saw that he had to meet Casey in thirty minutes. He grabbed his sais and left his phone behind.
Quietly, he shut his door to make it look like he was still in there. He snuck into the living room when he heard movement coming from the dojo.
Sewer apples.
Raph jumped behind their pinball machine and waited silently. Sensei walked out of the dojo and straight into the kitchen.
Late night tea.
Sensei walked back into the dojo. Raphael waited until he saw the light in the dojo turn off. He crept towards the turnstiles and out of the Lair.

Raph made it up top and he inhaled a deep breath of fresh air. He walked towards the rooftop he was supposed to meet Casey on.
Back at the Lair, Casey texted Raph.
