[Sorry it's been awhile since the last update. I wont state any excuse although most of them are valid, I know no one's interested.

To get to the point someone pointed out that chapter 6 got cut off so I reposted it.

SO PLEASE RE-READ CHAPTER 6 AND 7 BEFORE THIS. OR IT'LL MAKE NO SENSE.

Also I cut this chapter in half since the latter half was difficult to put into words and I'm still not sure how I want this to end.

So this is pretty much filler or a rather a transitional chapter. Nothing much happens but it sets the scene for future events....

I hope to have the next one out soon...]

It had been weeks since that day, and Tenten's days had been crammed with all sorts of things since then.

She'd been real busy learning all the things she needed to know. From small things like learning the names and responsibilities of most of the other deities to bigger things like learning to manage her newfound powers.

Either for her displays of bravery back during that last battle or her iron will she'd been named, the weapon's mistress: goddess of Victory and Battle by the Sun god himself.

Tenten learned while although the gods had longevity they were not as immortal as they were said to be. All of the current gods had received their titles either from their parents, mentors or other familial relations.

Their titles and responsibilities had been passed down through millennia but their prefixes were unique to each individual god.

So while their had been a previous goddess of Victory and Battle, Naruto's mother who'd had no heir it seemed, Tenten's title of "Weapon's Mistress" was unique to her alone. The previous goddess had been titled the "Crimson Habenero".

Each of the current gods in the Land of Fire were quirky in their own ways and each each grown on Tenten in some way as they assisted her in her training. She'd never had friends besides her siblings until now. Slowly but surely her bitterness faded away and was replaced by a warm, fluffy feeling.

Some were easier to get along with than others.
Hinata, Hanabi, Sakura, Naruto,

Some were less easy to approach but decent people once you got to know them a little more.
Shikamaru, Chouji, Sai, Kiba, Shino. Sasuke.

Some were down right annoying but lovable in their own unique ways.
Ino, who kept whining to her about Neji.
As well as Lee, the insufferable god of fitness and youth, who was way too overzealous for anyone's liking to be frank.

And then there was Neji.

They'd avoided eachother like the plague since they'd found out about the red thread that joined their souls together---quite literally.
