Renjun scrunched up his nose, contemplating on whether or not he wants to help his friends with a project - the answer is yes but he likes to make things complicated for them.

"I don't know. I mean I take pride in my artistic skills but what's in it for me?" He flipped his imaginary long hair and smirked at the pair.

Yerin jutted our her lower lip and clasped her hands together while giving him her best puppy-dog eyes. "Please Renjun! I'll cook you free food every time you come visit me!"

The said man's mouth fell open, "You do that for me already! That's nothing different."

Yerin then regained her composure and crossed her arms. "I'm glad you realize that. In that case, you should be the one paying me back but be glad I'm not demanding money from you. I just wanna use your skills!"

Jeno laughed at their bickering, "She got you there, bro."

Renjun rolled his eyes then groaned. "Fine, since you put it that way. When do we start?"

Jeno's great idea to help Yerin out financially was to have her open up her own food stall. She had just the right amount of money to do so and with the leftover money, she would be able to buy all of the ingredients she wanted.

It wasn't a restaurant like everyone wanted but it was a great start. Yerin enjoyed cooking and upon hearing Jeno's idea, she was 100% on board with it.

"When I get the permits to open one on the street, I'll let you know. But thank you so much, Renjun!" She threw her arms around the man as he laughed.

"Yeah, yeah. Glad I could help, though."

The next person they met up with was Jaemin. He was knowledgeable in certain dishes and was able to quickly help Yerin come up with a simple menu that she would be able to cook.

"You want people to eat good food but you also don't want to spend too much time cooking them." He said after they figured out the menu.

Yerin nodded, "That makes sense."

Jeno looked over their fake menu and nearly drooled thinking about the food. "Okay, I'm hungry now."

Yerin rolled her eyes and patted his toned belly, then pulled back as if she was shocked. She knew he was fit but she wasn't expecting to feel the lines of his abs through his shirt.

Jeno paid no attention to it, or rather he's trying to ignore the fact that the woman just touched his stomach. Jaemin, who is very observant, saw the whole scene and smiled to himself.

"How about you guys head home and Yerin can start making her dishes. Donghyuck is a great taste tester, and Renjun and I can come and taste as well." Jaemin suggested.

"Oh, you don't have to tell us twice about Donghyuck."

The three laughed before the two roommates left to go home. Once inside of their apartment, Jeno immediately dialed Donghyuck' number and inviting him to come over for a taste test along with Renjun and Jaemin.

Soon, after Yerin cooked up several dishes enough to feed the group, they all showed up simultaneously, mouths filling up with saliva. Donghyuck eyed the food like a predator to its prey and nearly attacked the food.

Yerin was quick to react, pulling him back by his shirt and waving her index finger at him. "You ungrateful shit. I cook you the food but I don't even get a thank you before you pounce on my dishes."

The rest of the guys snickered to themselves, loving the scene of Donghyuck getting scolded. The said man pouted and grumbled an apology as Yerin stood at the table, letting her friends all have a seat.

"So, as you may know, Jeno came up with the great idea of me opening up a food stall. Of course, if it weren't for your guys' suggestion, we wouldn't have even considered it." She spoke, clasping her hands together. "I made a few dishes for you guys to try and I really want a real opinion on them since this will be my new pride and joy."

The men all voiced out their support for her and dug into the food, each of them trying one at a time. Yerin made sure to note down any comments and criticism which, frankly, there weren't much. She wasn't sure if it was because they were her close friends trying to make her feel good or if they actually think her food was good. Nonetheless, she was grateful for their help.

I'm thinking of maybe publishing a new story on top of writing this one. It'll be of Doyoung again but going off of my "Is This Fate?" story. I wrote that one on a whim and I think it needs more justice but instead of rewriting it, I want to make it from his POV and maybe make it longer.
