The next day was the day it was time to come home. Before I left I needed to talk to Harry. I saw him at breakfast and asked if he wanted to take a walk before I left, he was planning on staying at Hogwarts for the holidays. I sat under a large tree and waited. I didn't have to wait long because soon Harry came from the building. I smiled at him and stood up.

"I'm sorry," I said and practically leaped into his arms. He looked startled but calmed down and hugged me back. I looked up at him and kissed him. I was back. We were back.

"Can things go back to normal now?" Harry asked. I nodded.

"I know it's late but can you come to my house for the holidays? You know my parents always love to see you," I really did want him to come, my parents were much more kind when Harry was around. I had always wondered why but they just loved to spoil him.

"I can't I'm sorry, I said that I would keep Hagrid company. You know how lonely he gets," Harry smiled sadly at me, he wanted to come too. I nodded.

"Well I must go pack but I missed you so much and you better write to me every single day," He smiled at me.

"Of course I will how could I not," He held my face in his warm hands and I felt manageable again. Like life was truly out of hand the second Harry and I ended. He looked as though he was trying to take a mental picture of the what I looked like before I left for the holidays. I giggled and spun away from him to prance back to the castle. A great way to begin the holidays if you ask me.

I packed all of my stuff and headed for the train. Hermione and Ron and already heard of
course that Harry and I had been reunited so they saved me a seat. Which meant they also saved Charlotte and Julie a seat. Hermione and Charlotte were pretty close, and Julie was just along for the ride but she loved a good talk with Ron. They had been pretty sad when Harry and I had broken up and we stopped hanging out with the golden trio. Everyone was happy to be back to the way things were.

We were laughing about something Ron had said when we heard the door open.

"Slytherins. Man you guys should have been a Hufflepuff. You are disappointments to our house," There stood a Malfoy and his brainless henchmen.

"Being friendly isn't a crime Malfoy," Julie shot back at him. She was having a good time for the first time in a while and I could tell she wasn't about to let him ruin it. None of us were.

"I wonder. Why you hang out when you and Potter aren't even together anymore,"

"Not that it's any of your business but we are," I snarled. A wave of fresh anger came over him after hearing that I was once again the Gryffindor Princess.

"You should be the Slytherin Princess. It only makes sense," Crabbe looked quite confused as to why I wasn't in fact the Slytherin Princess. I walked over to Crabbe and delicately brought down his head to look at me with the tips of my fingers, he seemed to shiver at the touch. I moved my head to be able to whisper in his ears without others hearing.

"Now Crabbe, who says I can't be both," I asked him looking at his empty eyes. There truly was nothing in his head. Crabbe stuttered some unknown language and turned to leave. Malfoy looked mildly uncomfortable that he didn't know what I said.

"Harry Potter is a menace to our kind, Fireblood,"

"He is one of our kind Malfoy," I hissed back. His lips curled in disgust as he turned and left. Everyone was pretty startled by what had just happened but soon we were back to laughing and forgetting what had just happened.

"Well we are at the platform. I am gonna miss you guys so much," We all hugged until we were all pulled apart to go our separate ways for the holidays. I watched everyone run to their parents and give them hugs. They all seemed so happy. I stood up straight, head back and walked towards my own family. They smiled at me.
